“Michelle filled-in last-minute when our booked sitter from Rover was unable to fulfill the booking. She was fabulous! She came in advance to meet our pups and to get acquainted, She was flexible with her schedule to accommodate us. Her husband even helped out to backfill for times Michelle had to work (because this was last-minute). She took great care of our pups: feeding, walking, sitting. She sent us pictures and notes daily to let us know how they were doing, and even stripped the bed and ran the dishwasher before she left! We highly recommend her.”

About: I grew up with small, medium, and large dogs and my family currently has 2 medium/large dogs. In addition, I have extensive experience living with and caring for animals (including a summer on a farm). I have experience pet-sitting dogs (including rescues), cats, and birds. I would love to spend time with your pets over the next few months -- my schedule is flexible given advance notice! I have just relocated back to the US after spending some time in Thailand, so I am working part-time as I search for a more permanent position. I can house-sit, come play with your pups, clean your litter-box, or take your animals for a walk. I am happy to come to your space where your pets are already comfortable and learn their rhythms, routines, and needs. At this time I am unable to board your pets in my home. I am tidy and can assist with basic household maintenance such as taking out the trash while you are away.

About: Animals have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. 🐾 My heart belongs to my 8-year-old miniature schnauzer, my little old lady bestie who came from a tough past. Caring for her through trauma and anxiety has made me a more patient, attentive, and compassionate pet parent which are skills I bring to every pet I care for. Most recently, I welcomed three rescue cats into my life, and let me tell you, they have completely stolen my heart! Every day is a new adventure learning their quirks and showering them with love. Dogs, cats, big personalities, shy babies, I adore them all. Your pet won't just be looked after, they'll be loved, doted on, and treated like my very own. 🐶🐱 I can't wait to meet them! Working from home means I have a wonderfully flexible schedule. I already walk my dog multiple times a day and spend a big chunk of my time enriching and engaging my pets. Adding your fur baby to my routine would be a joy, not a chore. There's almost always someone home, which means maximum love and minimal alone time for your pet! 🐾 Your home, your rules. I'll follow every routine, boundary, and expectation you set to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and completely at ease while you're away. My goal is for your pet to barely notice you're gone (okay, they'll miss you but they'll be well-loved in the meantime)!

About: When I had roommates, they have a cat who has wobbly cat syndrome (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) which makes him walk a little funny! He can’t go more than two to three steps without falling over, and eating is quite a challenge. Having cared for him has made me really patient and understanding of animals. I recently just left a data entry job, so I have all the time in the world to care for your pets! I love animals more than people so they are going to fit perfectly into my daily routine. I would spend time with your pet as much as you’d like! I love spending time with animals whether that’s playing with them, giving them pets, going on walks or just being next to them giving them company!
