Although this was the first time leaving Chira I felt comfortable because of Mark's great reviews, repeat customers and a full calendar. Mark kept me updated and told me she sat by the door awhile and he was giving her space - he then advised she was letting him pet her. Mark is so soft spoken and when speaking with him you can tell he loves what he does. He definitely has a repeat customer (actually already booked him for June). Highly recommend him.
