Pet Sitting in Industry

About: We have had dogs and cats all our lives. Our current dog was quite a handful when we first got him, so we have some experience with stubborn big dogs, haha. Love to take dogs out for exercise walks as well as sniff walks. Also enjoy a good couch potato session with puppies and kitties alike. We have experience giving baths and medication to our own cats and dogs as well as those of family and friends. We are very patient with shy animals. and we will give your fur babies all the love and attention that they want or need (and if they do not want it, we will give them space). We are always down for a good game of tug or chase the string.

Our dogs usually don’t eat unless someone is hanging out with them, and Debbie would take extra time to sit with them while they ate. It was extremely hot while we were gone and she gave them plenty of time to get out and exercise while being attentive to their heat tolerance and promptly brought them inside to keep them safe from overheating. My dogs who are really nervous around new people warmed up to her really fast. She took plenty of pictures, and followed up with us with every drop-in visit. About: I'm a cat-care expert. I moved to Macomb from Seattle where I catsat for over 50 clients, and I am now taking new clients here. I'm a cat-lover to the bone. I have four kitties of my own right now and have always had cats. I foster kittens for the McDonough County Humane Society. I'd love to be your catsitter. I'm honest, respectful, a great communicator, and a retired professional who now makes her living as an author (Catsitter Mysteries!). I can spot a hairball at a hundred paces, and I have over 40 years of experience with litter boxes. I have experience giving all kinds of medicine to cats (pills, liquid, salve, subcutaneous fluids, and shots). I have bottle-fed kittens. (In the interest of transparency, I do not have official training as a vet tech.) My schedule is extremely flexible. Recently, I needed someone to care for my cats while I was on a trip, and I realized how much stress it caused me. I was so worried about who would care for them. I'd like to relieve this stress for others and make going away more peaceful. If you have a dog or other animal that also needs care, we can discuss whether I'm able to provide what you need. I will have to leave for a little while to take care of my own kitties. I work remotely from 11am to 5:30pm, so I will be working in your home for a portion of the day. [WINTER CAVEAT: In terrible road conditions, I may have a hard time getting to your home. I will do my best, and I will work with you to give your pets extra food and water so they can weather a longer time alone. I will keep an eye on the forecast for you and will let you know if there's a chance something might come up. Thank you so much for understanding! (Note, this especially applies if you live somewhere off the main roads.)] I work from home, so my hours are very flexible. I can match your cat's medication or meal schedule, spend the night if you want someone there for them, and do up to four visits per day, either 30 or 60 minutes each. I will treat your home like my own and respect both your privacy and your wishes. I cannot care for your pet in my own home unless it is in a cage, crate, or otherwise contained.

About: I have two dogs of my own, who LOVE friends. Trust me your dog will be wore out and ready for cuddles when you get home. I cannot accept cats, even though I love them, my beagle will try and track them and I don’t think they will have fun. I do have outside cats that I take care of, but if your dog does not get along with them, I can keep them away. I live in the country, so I have a HUGE yard, but it is not fenced in. I’m currently home most days, so dogs will not be kenneled for long periods. Outside breaks every hour to two hours when I am home. You fur baby will never be lonely at our house. My two dogs will love to play and I have a giant couch for cuddles! I will send updates and pictures!

About: I’ve had pets since I was a child and been the one to care and mantain them. I’ve trained 2 puppies who were potty trained and knew commands. I’ve administered flea medicine. I am currently doing GrubHub and I would create my schedule around my rover schedule so I could be home as much as possible. I would prefer when not boarding at my home, to be doing Rover related activities during the day and GrubHub at night. While doing GrubHub I would be able to make stops to take pets on walks or to potty or to just say hi! I have an extremely large backyard and I also go on daily runs and house members who love animals with lots of love to give! I’m currently just doing Grub Hub and I make my own schedule and could base it around my Rover Schedule no problem, although I do require working Grub Hub from 5-11 Friday’s and Saturday’s but would still be able to drop ins! I have a huge unfenced in yard so a tether would be required but would have lots of room to run! Daily runs and lots of love!!

About: I care about animals and I’m focused more about the animals than the money and I want to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. I get to take care of them the days I don’t go to school and I’m not forced to work hours that are inconvenient for me. I will play with pets and give them a lot of attention as well as follow any specific rules my clients will have and will treat their dogs like they want me to treat them and keep them safe.
