About: I am a remote worker with extra time available. I grew up with labs and Shih Tzus as well as cats. I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. I can feed, walk, play with, cuddle, or even bathe your dog! I'm an animal lover and would be fine with other pets at the house, too. Watching and caring for dogs, cats or other pets is something I love to do on its own, aside from it being a "job." This would be a great way to spend my time. I am currently working part time, so will have time most days for drop ins, walks, etc. I am also available some weekends, as well. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. If your pet is friendly, then it could be an option for them to come stay at my house.

About: Hi, I’m Kira! I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always had a bit of a knack for making friends with them. 😂 I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, along with birds, chickens, chinchillas, turtles, frogs, fish, and lizards. Basically, if it has four legs, feathers, scales, or a tail, there’s a pretty good chance I’ve cared for one! I currently have an 11-year-old Husky who is my world, and I’ve always been the go-to person for friends and family when they need someone they trust with their pets. About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!

About: I have grown up being surrounded by dogs! My dad always had dogs in our home. I raised my pitbull/lab mixed breed dog Nala from when I was the age of Ten until she passed away when I was 21 years old. She taught me a lot about being a pet owner as well as a person! She was my best friend🤍 I am a very active, responsible, and empathetic person! I enjoy being outdoors going on long walks, hikes, and runs! I’m always down for a furry friend to tag along :) My current work schedule is 6am to 6pm Sunday through Tuesday :) I am available throughout the week on my days off for some pet care! I am respectful of other spaces! I like to stay occupied and am willing to go on adventures with your fur baby! I am full of love to give for animals. My full time job is caregiving so I’m the kind of person to place others needs before my own, but I do prioritize my health so I’m always in tip top shape for whoever/whatever needs my attention!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 whenever my family or friends go out of town I’m always the go to person for pet sitting following each direction from feeding bathing to night time. I also send out updates so no worry’s. I am currently available Monday through Sunday, offering flexible scheduling for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care, including weekends, holidays, and last-minute requests when needed , but if plans change please let me know 2 or 3 days before thank you When caring for pets, their safety is always my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure before letting pets outside, keep harmful foods and household items out of reach, and closely monitor their behavior for any signs of stress or illness. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions carefully, provide plenty of supervision, and create a calm, safe environment where every pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for.

About: I have worked at a boarding facility for three years. I currently work at an animal emergency facility and have been here for 2 years. I love animals and caring for them is my calling. I am well trained in dealing with emergency, animal nutrition, can trim nails and do basic grooming of pets as well! I am very flexible and am able to juggling my responsibility as needed. I do work as a veterinary assistant but I have a set schedule that allows me to be work another job. I have a create if needed. I have cat and dog proofed my home. I have a quiet room for birds and rodents if need be that away from the fur babies. I leash walk dogs only. I am willing to leash walk cats but only by request. I live by the Jackson Frazier Wet lands so walking dogs there is always a nice walk for them and me.

About: Cats? I'm your person - I have 9! Concerning Kitties: I have experience with medication and higher-needs care. One of my cats developed neurological FIP, and my partner and I helped care for her throughout treatment, including administering medication and closely monitoring her health. She recovered, and that experience taught me how important patience, consistency, and attention to detail are when caring for an animal. As a full-time student, pet care fits really well into my routine! My schedule gives me flexibility throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and around my classes. I’m looking to use that flexibility doing something I genuinely enjoy while earning some extra income. I’m happy to work with each owner’s schedule and make sure their pets receive consistent, dependable care while they’re away. I take every pet’s routine seriously and make sure to follow the owner’s instructions closely, especially for animals with specialized needs. With reptiles and amphibians, I understand how important proper temperatures, humidity, feeding schedules, enclosure security, misting, and species-specific care can be. I’m also comfortable with insects, rodents, and other feeding routines that some sitters may not be experienced with.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds my whole life. I’ve fostered animals, dog and pet sat, and I have two dogs of my own. I am a college student home for the summer trying to raise money for school. I am excited to help families and meet new animals! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to take care of pups! I either work 8am-1pm or 4pm-8pm on weekdays so I could dog-sit before or after work depending on my shifts and what is needed of me. I have a very flexible schedule and a very open schedule. I can work weekdays or weekends. At home, I have two big rescue dogs that unfortunately aren’t good with other dogs so all pet-sitting will have to be at the client’s home. However, they have given me experience working with reactive and unbehaved dogs so I can provide care for any dog. I have fostered over 10 dogs with my mom from puppies to 12+ aged dogs so I have lots of experience with different breeds, and types of dogs. About: I have two cats at home and frequently pet-sit for friends & neighbors in the area. I have always had at least one cat in my home, and at one point lived with two miniature Australian Shepherds. I’m currently working part-time and have plenty of time in my schedule. I typically work 5 hours per day, 3-5 days per week, sometimes weekends. I am accustomed to following meal and medication schedules for pets, as well as monitoring a cat on a leash outside or walking a dog twice per day. When walking dogs, I stick to the established route and avoid other dogs.

About: I have worked with many different breeds such as pit bulls, boxers, mastiffs, golden retrievers and many more. Each had their own unique needs and personalities. I am willing to work with any breed even with special needs. I have experience with many different animals not just dogs and cats. I have worked with horses, bearded dragons, a few birds and a few more. If your animals needs care i will do it. I have a dog of my own and a bearded dragon so pet care is in my everyday life and so your pet is not much different. I can not board animals in my home cause i have a high anxiety senior dog so bringing any animal in to my home will not work but i will definitely stay at yours cause its a comfort thing for them. Its there own home. It not fair to kick them out of their own home. I have worked with animals for 3 years and been around them my whole life and i never had a problem and i am good at communicating with owners and i will ask questions if needed amd they can ask if needed also.
