“Christie and Michael took great care of our 90 lb GSD Charlie for 5 days during a heatwave. They let her cool off in the pool with their kids and made sure she stayed safe, fed, etc. We got really lucky finding this family to help us, you can tell they have a lot of experience with animals and keeping them all safe. Our Charlie had some anxiety being left at a new place, and they communicated with us through the week with how things were going. Thanks again so much for keeping Charlie at your home this past week on your little farm and with the rest of your animals. Thanks also to your kids, they were so sweet to help take care of our doggo.”

“Stacey was so kind & communicative. She & her parents have other dogs at the house, but we were thankful we had the chance to make sure everyone got along alright before we left our dog. When we arrived, she had posted a cute sign on the gate welcoming our dog, Max. There was another sign for him when we picked him up. Such a cute touch! We would highly recommend Stacey!”

“Shannon did a great job sitting our two large dogs; highly recommend! She gave routine updates, pictures, and read my dogs info before we arrived. She has a nice dog proof house. Allowed the dogs on her couch and dog bed. She took them for routine walks around her large property. She was kind and trustworthy. We used her for one night of dog sitting while we hiked half dome. There are limited to no other options in the area and dogs aren’t allowed on any Yosemite hikes. We were lucky to get her!”

“Angie was great and showed love and care to our dog. The location is really close to one of the entrances of Yosemite. It was awesome to be able to hike and explore Yosemite and know our dog was in good hands. We would bring him back for future trips. Thank you Angie!”

About: I have always had the responsibility of caring for my own animals, but I love getting to help other people care for their pets. I love meeting new animals and have lots of experience in this area. I have been walking dogs around my neighborhood since I was about 10 years old. I loved this experience which is why I have decided to dedicate myself to this line of work so I can always be available to help an animal in need. Currently I work an evening shift at a restaurant 4 nights a week so I have the day open before 5 pm Friday through Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday I am completely available. My schedule also will be opening up more soon. I have a very large area for dogs to run around and two very friendly dogs of my own. I always start by making sure the space is free of any hazards, like toxic plants or loose wires and that they have a cozy spot just for them. Building trust is key, so I take things slow, using positive reinforcement like treats and praise to create a bond. Whether it's playtime or just chilling, I'm all about keeping their routine consistent to minimize stress.

About: Your dog's favorite activities and indulgences will be paramount when in my fun-loving care. Your dog will feel happy, playful, relaxed and will be like family in his/her home or home away from home. Upon meeting me at your home, my home or a neutral site, you will easily sense that I'm a genuinely good, decent man, a loving "dog person" and that I'll treat your dog with the attentive love I treat my own dog. I know from experience, that gaining a loving and reliable sitter is hard to find and provides peace-of-mind security. Your dog will enjoy his/her/their time with me and will be safe with me. Walks, exhausting activities and belly rubs INCLUDED! Text messages with video and photos of your dog and live webcam INCLUDED! Please contact me so we may schedule a meet and greet. I work full time from my home office, so your pup will enjoy lasting attention. I work a part-time gig that takes me away from home for a few hours per week. If pets are introduced into my home, I gently take lead and show the dogs how to be comfortable and adjust. If I am introduced into a pets' home, we allow a meet and greet specific to your dogs' needs. Then, we tour your home so that you may convey instructions.

“Karissa was easy to communicate with when we were making plans for an overnight stay for our dog. She helped us introduce the dogs and also sent updates and photos/videos. It’s clear Karissa really cares for dogs and wanted to make our girl feel comfortable and safe. We would definitely book with Karissa again for anything with our dog and wish there were someone like her closer to home!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. I currently have a 3 year old beagle named Stan who loves to be outside. I have had several dogs with different energy levels - from a crazy Jack Russell to a super sweet golden retriever. I am very patient and most of my dogs have been rescues. Stan came from an animal testing facility & had never been outside or touched grass when I rescued him. I work remotely from home with a really flexible schedule. I live on 3 acres with my beagle, Stan. I’m very active & love to hike. Stan loves other friendly dogs and would be a great buddy for your dog. We love to snuggle up and takes lots of walks. I do have a crate here at my house if that is needed.

“Kinny was really great with Tony. It was his first time away from home without us and I don’t think he wanted to leave. He had so much fun with Aubi, Kinny’s dog. He was super comfortable and happy. Kinny sent lots of updates and pics, which made me very happy. We will definitely have him stay at Kinny’s again in the future.”

“Megan was absolutely amazing with my dog Riley. She picked her up from us and updated us with all the adventures they went on! I would definitely send my pup to Megan again and would highly recommend!”
