About: I’ve been a vet tech for about 5 years. Before that, I managed a pet boarding facility. I grew up on a farm, so I’ve been caring for dogs and cats all my life. Im a toddler mom, and I currently work as an emergency vet tech so I’m great at keeping calm in stressful situations. I’m a stay-at-home mom during the week, and then I work on Saturdays, so I’m pretty flexible with my schedule! I will have to bring my toddler with me to any visits on a weekday if it’s before 4 pm. When I’m caring for a pet, I always play with them and make sure they get quality interaction with me. I also check over their physical appearance to make sure they’re healthy and safe. As a vet tech, I’m very concerned with pets’ health and wellbeing.

About: I am a second year veterinary student who has worked as a small animal veterinary assistant for about 3 years. I have experience in caring for senior pets and younger puppies/kittens as well. I grew up with dogs and cats, and now have a three-legged cat of my own. I am very reliable, thorough, and will care for your pets as my own. I’m currently home for the summer after my first year of vet school, so I have plenty of time to help you care for your fur babies! My current part-time work/volunteer schedule will allow me to have a flexible schedule to meet you and your pets’ needs. I have one dog and four cats at home who all get along very well and their comfort is the top priority. I will ensure your pets safety and comfort needs are met based on your instructions given. I am able to crate your animals, leash walk only if needed, and keep a close eye on them when going outside. If your animals need to be kept separate at any point such as meal time, I will be able to accommodate for that as well.

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of pets since I was a kid. I’ve walked dogs for my neighbors, fed horses, goats and chickens for family friends, and pet sat many other dogs and cats. I work from home at night, so I will be able to be attentive all day. My husband works during the day from home as well, so there will always be a set of eyes on your pet! I have a fully fenced yard. We do have 3 dogs but all are very loving and have gotten along with any animal they have met. We have a spare room that we can use to keep them separated if necessary, otherwise your pet will have free roam and will be treated like family.

About: I come from an animal loving family. I’ve had a dog and cat since I was 2, a Westie named Taylor, and 3 Maine coons. Once Taylor passed, we rescued Levi, our Pitbull, and other cats. I have babysat and housesat for neighbors and friends since I was little, with my moms help of course. In the past 2 years, I have housesat for my neighbor who has 3 Pomeranians, and I watch them often with no trouble. I am a full time college student and have classes Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon hours. I do most of the housework in my home of 5 while staying on top of schoolwork. Pet care provides a nice break between responsibilities since I love animals! I have a fenced .5 acre backyard with a doggy door. Levi, our dog, does well with puppies, small dogs, and cats, but not anything else which is why I mostly offer services at your home. Exceptions can be made, just let me know! About: My name is Kathy and I have cared for pets my entire life. As a child I walked the neighborhood pets until I had my own. Every opportunity I had I was around animals. As an adult I have managed boarding kennels, worked at a veterinary hospital, and have my own pet sitting company, In Your Absence. I am a recent graduate with a master of science in animal science. I have also completed my B.S. in animal science. I am happy to provide care for your loved ones when you are unable to be there with them. I provide walks, vet visit/groomer transportation, and medical administration, in addition to general care. I provide overnight in-home care as well as visits only. About: I’ve taken care of dogs small and large since 2016 for family friends and neighbors. I have a real passion for animal care and my utmost priority is to make sure the well being of your pet is at an all time high. I’ve also gone through online training courses for dogs and cats detailing proper care techniques. Thursday afternoon's from four to six are my only recurring schedule block currently. I will update this when or if this ends up changing. I can tailor the visit to how best it is to fit your pet’s needs. On visits where a potty break is needed, they will be taken out and given treats and lots of love with some fresh water. On meal visits they will be given their meals and fresh water with lots of love as well. On overnight visits I follow the directions exactly and leave the place and the pet(s) looking and feeling better than when I arrived.

About: I have always loved animals. I very much care about their comfort and wellbeing. I’m also always ready for a good puppy or kitty cuddle! I have a pretty open schedule usually. I just need a heads up in advance. For drop ins I usually prefer afternoons, but it’s interchangeable. I can stay with your dog for most of the day usually, if needed. I’d also be happy to feed, play with, and walk them.

Animals have always been a big part of my life, and that’s something my kids have naturally picked up too. They absolutely love animals and have learned to be gentle, kind, and respectful from a young age. I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years now, both personally and for others, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I grew up in a home full of pets. At one point we had 26 birds, 24 guinea pigs, 2 cats, and 3 dogs, so being around animals has always just felt natural to me. My faith is a big part of who I am and how I treat others. It guides me to be patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just with people but with every pet I’m trusted with. I understand how much they mean to you, and I take that responsibility seriously. We live in Mocksville, NC, and I’m in the Clemmons and Winston area often, so I’m very flexible depending on your location and needs. My husband is a U.S. Navy veteran, so we have a deep appreciation for those who serve and a special place in our hearts for military families. At the end of the day, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is being cared for with attention, patience, and genuine love while you’re away. I’m currently a stay at home mom, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. On weekdays, I do school drop off between 7:45am and 9:30am and need to be home again by 3pm for pick up. Outside of those times, I’m generally very open and able to accommodate visits and walks. If a drop-in or walk falls within those school hours, my kids may come along with me. They absolutely love animals and are always gentle, respectful, and happy to give your fur baby a little extra love and attention 😊 ⸻ Note: I’ve adjusted my 30 minute drop in and walking rate because I often find myself staying a little longer to make sure your pet truly gets the attention and care they need. In my opinion, 30 minutes can feel rushed, especially for pets who have been alone for a while. I never want your pet to feel hurried, so I do my best to include extra time whenever possible so they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved on. My rate is flexible depending on your pet’s needs, so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m always happy to chat! I am very respectful of my home as well as others. I like to keep things clean and take pride in maintaining a well-kept space. I’m not one to pry, and I’m very self-aware, always making sure I’m being respectful of your home. I will treat your home the same way I would want my own to be treated. I’m great with following directions and instructions, and when it comes to your pets, I take my time to make sure their needs are fully met. You can definitely expect a bunch of updates and pictures while your furry or feathered babies are in my care.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple animals since the age of 7. I’ve had 3 different dogs and dog breeds, and they were always loving and happy to be in my care. I currently have an 11 year old healthy yorkie who has had such a happy life filled with love, people think she’s a puppy still. I am naturally knowledgeable about important information when dealing with animals, and I’ve also been a temporary care taker for my grandma. Im currently an 18 year old who’s finished with highschool, aspiring to become a student in esthetician school so I have plenty of time for your adorable fur babies! I’m available from 6 am- 7 pm. I have a fenced backyard, an alarm system on my house, a quiet, clean home, and a calm, kind 11 year old female yorkshire terrier at home along with my mom and my 5 year old little brother.

“I hired Jessica to walk my 25lb corgi/rat-terrier mix on the same day. She responded very quickly and we made a date for late that afternoon. She was punctual and delightful. My pooch fell in love with her quickly. I went over some of my concerns (no use of cells, watch for large truck and bicyclists, etc.) and she listened intently and engaged with me on each topic, which made me sure that she was listening and understood. Then they headed out. My little guy came back tired and very happy. She took a few minutes to debrief with me and we talked about 'next time'. I will definitely be using Jessica again. About: Hi! I have always loved working with pets. I have owned pets since I was a child and I have dealt with both cats and dogs. I spent time working at a doggy daycare called Ruff Housing and I got to learn further how to take care of a variety of dog types with a variety of personalities. I look forward to getting to spend some time with your pets and giving them all the love when you can't be there! I currently work from home and get to create my own hours so I will have plenty of time to spend time with your pets or make sure I am able to walk them. I enjoy taking some time to go on walks during the day so I would love to include your pet on them! I have a fenced in yard as well as access to a dog park and walking trail. I have two fur babies that love to play and will keep your pup entertained. I can crate dogs as needed! I am willingly to work with any requests to ensure your fur baby has the best time away from home and is safe and cared for in your absence.

About: I’ve cared for pups ever since I can remember. From Beagles to Great Danes to Shih Tzu’s to Miniature Terriers. I love playing with my fur friends. Catch and tug-o-war are my favorites. I also love giving scratches and pampering my four legged friends and just making them feel as special as they truly are! Please be aware I require a one week booking notice. And at least 1 met and greet with your fur baby. Currently I work part time during the week but am available Tuesday mornings and afternoons, as well as all day on weekends! I am occasionally open for drop ins during the week after 5pm or before 10am When in your home I will follow whatever instructions you provide for me to be sure your fur baby is at the upmost comfort. I will be sure they have fresh food or water. I’ll check to see if there are any accidents or signs of anxiety and address that accordingly. Know that if at any time I feel your pet needs extra attention I will be happy to provide that. I will always be sure to send you pictures of your little one when I visit or house sit.
