About: Growing up we have always had dogs and cats in the house, I couldn’t imagine not having each of them! We’ve had all different breeds and sizes that each lived 11-18 years, so I am used to taking care of old dogs and puppies. I’ve housesat/petsat for 7 different families over the years with dogs ranging from 8lbs to 210lbs!! I am currently a stay at home wife and I am working on school online. I have a lot of free time during the days my husband is at work. Mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, and fridays 8am-6pm. I will care for the pets as if they were my own. About: I'm a country gal from a small town in Wisconsin where we raised sheep, horses, and goats on a 125 acre farm. We had Labrador Retrievers that loved their walks and daily swims, we had spoiled cats that would snuggle on the couch all day next to the fireplace. My first job after high school was working for a small animal Veterinarian. I'm experienced with administering vaccines, SQ fluids, oral antibiotics, etc. I have prior experience as a volunteer at the Humane Society and the Center for Birds of Prey. I currently share my home with a parrot, rabbit, 15 Silkie chickens, and two geese! My specialty is exotics, I have owned snakes, hedgehogs, lizards, and ferrets so NO pet is to strange, scaly, or smelly! About: My daughter and I grew up helping take care of dogs and have been around them for as long as we can remember. We’ve looked after our own dogs as well as those of friends and family. There has never been a year in our lives without a dog in it, and we truly can’t imagine life without one! About: I started off pet sitting small I had two regular customers. I would watch two cats for one and a dog for another. I have always owned a dog or cat. And would watch close friends and families pets. Then took the leap of faith and start with Rover. I do take same day bookings as long as I'm not full. I do stay busy have a few repeat clients already. I will work with you 100% and communicate 100%. Being reliable is key and communication is key. Daily routine for dogs or cats that are being boarded. Cats will always be in a safe designated area away from dogs if they are boarded. They get fed in the morning and evening normally 8am and 5pm or whatever the client wants. They go potty really early and throughout the day and their last potty break is normally around 10-11pm. They pretty much do whatever and just have a great time playing with other pets and making them feel at home. They are allowed on beds and furniture. You will always get updates daily and pictures. They will go on walks also. Now in home visits is whatever you as the client wants. I leave it up to you. Normally they get spoiled and loved on and go outside fed whatever you need. They also get very spoiled and pampered while being boarded. Safety and cleanliness is my top priority. I slowly and monitor every dogs behavior that is staying just to make sure they all get along. I always feed each dog separately as some are food aggressive. Your dogs bowls get clean after each meal and sent home clean. Floors get sanitized each day and vacuumed. Their dog toys, blankets and dog beds get washed before they leave so they are nice and clean. Dog poop gets picked up out of the yard daily. I do have indoor and outdoor cameras to monitor the dogs if gone.
