About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a young child. We had dogs of all kinds that were loved and cared for like our own children. I have tended to puppies up to senior dogs that require medication and special care. I currently am not working and have plenty of time to take care of pets and have a very flexible schedule. “Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: I've always had a love for animals and love working with them! I've grown up with dogs and love to be around them. My mom used to breed labs and I would help her socialize and take care of the puppies to prepare them for their new homes! My family always had at least six dogs at a time that I would help take care of as well! I also used to work for a kennel for almost two years, I have worked for a doggie daycare as well for about 2 years!
