“This was my first time using Rover and actually my first time leaving my dog with anyone for more than an hour (besides the vet). We were traveling and staying at an Airbnb so we could do a day at Legoland. I was nervous, but everything went great! Bailey immediately took to Amy's assistant who came out to greet us and happily went with her, which is not something he would do with most people. She sent a video and some photos while we were at the park, which was a huge relief to know he was doing okay. I would definitely recommend Amy and am much more at ease using Rover again.”

About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 and was given my miniature Australian Shepard at that age. She passed in 2020 and although I havent had another dog since, I am happy and comfortable around dogs. I work at an animal hospital on the West side and love it. I worked at AMC for two years as a veterinary assistant which confirmed for me I am in the right field. I am currently SAH so I have ample time to walk pets/ pet sit for anyone that needs assistance in their everyday lives. As long as I have notice I can manage anything I make sure I have many toys and bowls of water/food for the pets. I know about mannerisms for pets and am comfortable giving space or playing with pets that need it. All depends on what they want/ are comfortable with

“I loved the daycare for our dog (LOVE). Sandra and her husband took very good care of her and treated her like their own and made her feel like home the whole entire time there. I was at ease knowing she was in good hands and loved that they have been in touch the whole time sending photos and videos of her at all times. She looked so happy and not crying like she usually does away from us, I would 100% recommend them both. I truly say they both are to trust and are great dog people to all because of how they were with mine. About: I am an experienced dog handler and temperament tester. I have worked in shelters for the past 8 years, and help run a dog rescue. I believe in, and practice a positive reinforcement training and reward system. I will provide a safe and fun and social experience for your dog. I love dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I am also well versed in the “crate and rotate” situation in the event there are animals in my home that don’t like each other. My schedule does vary and I do work weekends but animals are never left alone for more than 4 to 6 hours. Crate trained animals are required to stay in my home. I am happy to help with that sort of training.

About: Currently this is a side job/hustle, I currently work Friday-Monday and they are LONG shifts. If you need walking or sitting on the other days I'm available I won't mind at all. I am a very open and caring individual, your dog/cat will always be in the best care and will always make sure they are never bored. I have quite a lot of experience when it comes to taking care of dogs/cats as well as to make sure they are safe and avoid any altercations between other animals.
