I received tons of adorable updates and photos that truly put my mind at ease while I was away. It’s obvious Yoki and Derek genuinely care about the dogs they look after, treating them with the same love and attention they give their own pets. “Tanya was amazing. We had tried to find a pet sitter for our very anxious/sometimes aggressive dog Millie for a long time, and finally met Tanya. She clearly is very passionate about helping animals feel safe and cared for, and was so compassionate about our poor dog's fears and problems. We did a trial sleepover before our 10-day trip and it went great. When we were on our trip, Tanya sent us frequent updates and videos, showing how well Millie was doing. She replied quickly to our texts and was very reassuring. When we picked Millie up, she appeared well cared-for and fine (or as fine as our dog gets!) We HIGHLY recommend Tanya!”

“Heather was great! She seems to know dog very well on top of being an animal lover. She was the 1st person I have worked with on rover, since I am a new customer, she alone makes me want to use this company again knowing the care my dogs got when they were with her. On top of the excellent care, she was also very flexible with the me and my needs. My roof was going to be installed and that’s why I scheduled to board my dogs for the night. Sure enough, it ended up being a rain day and the roofers always schedule it for the next day. Heather was very understanding and accommodating and helped me through the process of cancelling and rescheduling. On top of that, she also provides the service to pick up and drop off dogs, if wanted, which really helped me since my son was sleeping and could still sleep in. I would recommend her to anyone as long as I don’t need her at that time, just kidding. For real though, she represented the company very well and I would trust any of the caretakers at this place.”
