About: I have personally owned dogs as long as I can remember. From Rottweilers to Chihuahuas. I have dog sat numerous times, between boarding at my house and house sitting at a client’s home. I’m a true dog-lover at heart. I love dogs in all shapes and sizes. They are the most loving and most loyal. They really are better than most people! Lol. I have a sweet, energetic, laid-back, one and a half year old mini poodle. I also have a 3 year old hedgehog, but since he’s nocturnal and likes to keep to himself, pets don’t interact with him. He’s caged in my room and will be out of the way. I also have experience in taking care of senior dogs including: administering meds, feeding picky eaters, helping with potty breaks, helping with walks, etc. I have personally trained all of the dogs that I have owned. I have lots of puppy experience and don’t believe in “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” as I have also trained older dogs that I have rescued. I currently work from home and I am usually off by late afternoon/early evening. I can be home with your baby. We can play and take as many potty breaks as needed. I also don’t work on the weekends and like to fill my weekends up with fun activities! I have a fenced in backyard and a safe neighborhood to go on walks. Your doggo would have complete freedom of the house (as long as I’m home, of course). Doggies are allowed on the furniture and allowed to sleep with me. If they are crate trained, of course that’s okay too.

“Desiree is so awesome with my two cats! They are normally afraid of new people but warmed up quickly and love playing with her! It’s nice to go away on vacations and know that they are in good hands!”

About: I was raised to care for animals—especially dogs—and it's something I’ve carried with me throughout my life. With years of personal experience as a dog companion and time spent volunteering at shelters, I’ve developed a deep love for dogs and a natural ability to connect with them. If I could, I’d adopt an older pup at the local Buena Vista shelter today! But with a busy 9–5 schedule, I know I can’t currently provide the full-time attention a dog deserves. That said, I’m 23, new to Chaffee County, living in Poncha Springs and working in Buena Vista—and I’d love to help you care for your pup. Whether it’s taking your dog out for a walk, giving them a fun day away while you're at work, or just helping out during a landlord inspection, I’m ready. My goal is to build community and make animal loving friends! The extra cash is nice, but connecting you and your pup are more important. This varies based on what special needs your pup may have. I'm ready to do the extra walks, the special feeding schedule, or medications if you show me before hand how to do it!

“Miranda was amazing with our 2 pups! We have one dog who is a rescue and afraid of strangers. We are very mindful who we leave him with, and hired Miranda for 3 drop in visits to our house. By Miranda's 3rd visit he was best friends with her! Very professional, communicative and sent us a ton of photos while we were out of town.”

“I’m so lucky to have found Elena!!! I could have not have hoped for a more responsible and loving person to care for my 2 girls. She truly allowed me to rest easy during my vacation. I got daily updates on my girls and she also sent me pictures. Elena’s care is above and beyond! Rest assure your pets are in good hands with her I highly recommend her service as you will not find anyone more trustworthy, professional, responsible, awesome and caring. Thank you so much Elena!!❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Heavy D seemed to love his care from Kristen even though he can be a bit shy. Kristen was careful to only feed Heavy the prescribed amount so that he can try to lose an lb. Or two! We would definitely have her care for Heavy D again!”

“Renata lives on a ranch and my dogs love to stay with her. They have the best time running on the 100 acres and are safe at night sleeping next to her bed. This is her full time job so my dogs get all her attention. I have a puppy too, she treats him like the sweet baby he is. He is loved and safe. He loves playing with all the other dogs on the ranch.
