“My husband and I were very nervous leaving all of our animals (pet pigs, chickens, guinea pig) for the first time without us. We have a busy routine with them and things can get a bit hectic so we needed someone who was not only trustworthy but was dependable and caring also. I'm a worrier when it comes to my animals so I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to their well-being, but Abigail completely exceeded our expectations! Not only did she take great care of the animals but the house looked exactly the way we left it (which is impressive with 3 pigs considering we're always cleaning behind them), she bonded with them all, gave us updates, and was so easy to communicate with. Her personality is very easy to get along with and she truly cares about the well-being of the animals. We couldn't be happier with her and will definitely be using her to take care of our loves ones from now on. We'd give her 6 stars if we could ?”

“I have known Sofia since we started university together and she is the one person I would vouch for as the god-mother of my pet! She is so loving as well as very experienced in taking care of pets as she was raised in households that loved and cared for pets. Her and her husband Jake both have a loving pup, Hank (the tank) who I am god-mother to, and I know well taken care of loved Hank is. I always feel at ease around people who have a love for animals and Sofia is definitely one of them! I would say she would be the best person to leave your pet with when you need your little baby to be taken care of in your absence. I have seen her do a wonderful Job day in and day out!”

She does have two extremely spoiled and well trained dogs who are her world. She is extremely responsible and trustworthy and the only person I will let stay with my dog!”

“I'm very picky on who watches my dogs, so when we needed a dog sitter for a last min emergency cause all my family was unavailable I reached out to Logan on Rover. She immediately responded and told me she was available with only a 24hr notice. She immediately was able to come down meet the dogs which I have 4 and they loved her from first contact. Logan was on the ball with the specific details about the dogs are their routines and 4 different foods they eat. She did everything that we asked and did everything she said she would do and even provided us with updates and pictures. She even was able to take care of our dogs when our plane back was delayed and we wouldn't be home for another day. An incident happened between our 2 male dogs that never happens and while Logan was there they fought and she was able to get them to calm down and took care of them. She is a blessing and so thankful that she was available wouldn't know what to do without her, even went above and beyond and left a nice goodie bag for the dogs. Thank you again Logan.”

“Joey is simply fantastic. He really understands dogs and cats. Joey provided photos every day, which we really appreciated. Everybody looked great when we returned home. He clearly took time to groom the dogs. Not only did he take terrific care of our fur babies, but our house as well. He vacuumed, did laundry, and left the kitchen spotless! We can't wait to have Joey pet sit again!”

About: I quickly became a dog mom when my partner moved into my house with his 5 year old dog Sampson. I fell in love with our daily walks in the field behind our house, as well as having something to take care of in the house. Sampson listens, he is a dog I can walk off leash and the best cuddle buddy. Because of his good nature I soon found myself growing our family by the addition of two puppies. Hank was our first pup - he is a Great pyreenes mixed with a Bernese Mountain Dog. Think fluffy, slobbery, and 140 pounds. I wasn't sure how a big dog and myself would get along but I found his size comforting. Stella was a dog we failed at fostering. She is a smaller terrier mix and is teaching me the true purpose of crates and leashes. I learn every day how to be better for my dogs. It is chaotic, messy and unpredictable living with three dogs but I wouldn't change it for anything. I am by no means a perfect dog owner but I understand the complexities and uniqueness of each dog and their personalities. I rely on being consistent and predictable for my dogs so they continue to trust me to take care of them. Their health and happiness is my priority. I am a school teacher. When school is in session I am free after 5pm. When we are on break for holidays or summer, I am free anytime. At my house, I don't have a fenced in yard but we have over 20 acres to walk. I am comfortable walking dogs on a leash. I have a crate for a medium to small sized dog and an outdoor "doggio" for warmer days or if a furry friend wants some time outdoors relaxing. I have three dogs, one of which is a very large and enjoys rough housing with other dogs. We have lots of toys and a house that that continues to become dog proof. We let our dogs on the couches and they have a large living room to play in.

About: I have grown up with pets in my family, and therefore, have quite an amount of experience with animals. We have had everything from bunnies—to—parakeets, fish, guinea pigs, dogs and hamsters. I am Licensed Veterinary Technician that is currently a veterinary student. I was an LVT for many years prior to vet school. I graduate vet school at the end of January and will be a DVM! I am very passionate about animals and would gladly take care of your furry best friend! As long as you tell me what you need for your beloved pet, I will be happy to do anything for them. Communication is key!

“Lauren has watched our dogs for years now. She watched are old dog, who adored her, and now she watches both our newer dogs. She is always attentive to them and they absolutely love having her stay with them. She always makes sure they are given some extra snuggles to comfort them while we are gone. I love that she sends us random cute photos of them too. Our little dog, who tends to be more timid of people, even has a soft spot for Lauren. She really is a great dog sitter.”
