This was an absolutely amazing experience! I will forever be using Theresa and Zanlan when I need to board Bailey. She had such a great time with Moxie and received superb care! Thanks so much!

Heather and her husband are very nice. This was my first time ever leaving my pup with anyone and I was nervous because she is always glued to my side. They treated my Layla girl so well and sent pictures while she was there. I hope to be able to use them again! Thanks Heather!

I had to go out of town for a few days. My regular dog walker/sitter was also out of town. Rover to the rescue. I booked with Katlyn, left Skye in her care and was very happy with the result. Skye was apparently well cared for. A photo Katlyn sent to me showed Skye's tail all blurry, evidently because it was wagging. When Skye is happy, so am I It wound up I had to unexpectedly stay away an extra day and called Katlyn about that. That was okay with her, as was my unexpected late arrival, due to heavy traffic, to pick up Skye. Excellent dog sitter/boarder.

About: I have over a decade of dog-sitting experience. I am a compassionate, reliable, and responsible dog sitter who loves dogs of all sizes and breeds. I am available every weekend starting on Fridays. I am typically looking to help those who have weekend getaways and need someone to care for their pet because they can not take them with. I will care for your pets primarily by your rules and the energy the animal expresses they need for comfort. I have a nice sized backyard for animal leg room.

About: I’ve had pets all of my life from cats to dogs and even fish. I am a college student that’s currently in my hometown and looking to make some extra cash as well as fill the a void that I have from my childhood dog recently passing away. I would love to help dog sit, walk dogs or even just have a play date with anyone’s furry friend! I am apart of team sports and would have no trouble getting your pets some extra steps in and good play time. I am currently working a full-time job Monday through Friday 6am- 5pm, but weekends are empty and I’m looking to fill them or occupy them just a little more. I have a fence yard, two-story house with a lot of space, including an extra room that can be occupied by a pet. The house is tile and hardwood floor no carpet.

Our sweet Molly was treated like an angel by Angel! This was our first time leaving Molly and I greatly appreciated all the pictures and videos that was sent. Knowing that Molly was happy and safe ment the world to my family.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
