He was so reassuring, patient, and understanding of Flex’s anxiety, especially in a new environment. He sent plenty of photos, videos, and updates throughout the stay, which truly made all the difference and allowed me to relax knowing Flex was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear that Flex was genuinely spoiled and given lots of attention and love. Alexander was also incredibly flexible and accommodating with last minute drop off and pick up times, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience using Rover, and I would absolutely trust Alexander with Flex again in the future. Highly recommend!”
