About: I have grown up in a household with dogs, mainly the medium to large sized breeds. I have experience with all sizes of dogs though, as I have taken care of a variety of sized dogs for friends, family, and neighbors. I have taken care of cats and dogs when needing medical care - especially giving meds and minor wound care - and also have groomed and walked many types and sizes of dogs. I love making sure the pets are healthy and happy. I have volunteered at an animal shelter to help with the care of animals - providing play time, meds, and grooming of both dogs and cats. I'm currently a full time student at SIUE and I'm in the MFA art studio program. The fall I have 3 in person classes with a mixed schedule. Mondays and Wednesdays are limited as I have a 3 hour morning class and 3 hour evening class, both being studio classes with some cleanup. Please note this as a potential issue due to the limited time for drop ins, walks, and check ins on a house sitting. Tuesdays and Thursdays are better as they just have one class. I will work with you ahead of time if there are any plans I have that will keep me away for longer than 4 hours at a time outside of these times. During house sitting, I can provide food, medicine, play time, walks, and many other services. I also am willing to assist with house related things - bringing in mail, taking trash out for trash pickup, etc - just let me know and we can work it out. For walks and drop ins, my availability is generally flexible outside of classes and will work with you to determine the best time(s) to be there. I can also provide some house related services (like bring in mail and packages) upon request. Please note I do have in person classes at SIUE Monday through Thursday. I am available to help with the pets at the clients home. I can either stay at your place or go home at night, which I can work with you based on your needs and comfort. I have experience with gated and non gated yards (so needing to leash the dog when taking out for the potty), gates for inside the house, and crate training. Often I will have my own leash with me so that if anything happens, I'm prepared. As for walks, I often work with the dog(s) to see what triggers them and avoid as much as possible. I know not all dogs are friendly with other dogs or people so I am aware of my surroundings and provide appropriate distance and avoid people and dogs as best as I can.

“Mallory was so awesome with Butters’ walk. She gives me updates every walk and she made sure to read Butters needs for walks during these hot days. Thank you so so much. hope to have Butters’ walks again with you soon.”

About: Hi there! My name’s Jordan, and animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently share my home (and couch!) with 2 energetic dogs and 3 hilarious, personality filled cats. They’re not just pets to me, they’re family. Growing up with animals taught me the importance of patience, playtime, and knowing when a belly rub or a quiet cuddle is exactly what they need. Whether your pet is high-energy and loves fetch or a shy cuddle bug who just wants some company, I take the time to understand their unique personality and needs. I know how nerve wracking it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s care, so I do everything I can to make the experience stress free for both you and them. I treat every animal I care for like one of my own, because I know how much love they bring into our lives. Let’s make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away! I'm fortunate enough to work from home so i'm always available and easy to contact. I will be 110% devoted to your animals and I will make my schedule fit around your needs. I do not offer boarding because i'm currently living on the Warren Airforce Base BUT, I can assure you that your home, dogs, and belongings will be protected and taken care of.

Owners can expect me to be away for short periods of time, but you can check always check my calendar for availabilities. I have a puppy of my own that I take care of daily. I feed, walk, play, bathe and take care of my puppy's overall health, well-being and safety as part of our daily and weekly routine. About: I've cared for dogs my whole life. There has never been a time I didn’t have at least one by my side! I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes, from tiny pups to giant breeds. As a professional dog trainer with over 7 years of experience, I specialize in helping reactive dogs, shy dogs, and those with big feelings. I use positive, game-based training to make every interaction safe, calm, and fun. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior needing a gentle approach, I adapt to meet each dog’s needs with patience and care. My work life is very flexible, which makes pet care a natural part of my day. I run my own dog training business, so I can easily plan my schedule around walk times and drop-in visits. Whether it's morning, midday, or evening, I have the freedom to give dogs the time and attention they deserve. I do work an evening shift at Applebee's from 5 to 9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m available the rest of the week for pet care. Safety is always my top priority on walks. I use well-fitted gear, avoid overstimulating areas, and stay tuned in to each dog’s comfort level. I take time to build trust using a calm voice, positive reinforcement, and clear communication. I also like to add fun to our walks by playing simple games along the way, not just for exercise, but for mental enrichment too. I can adjust the pace, route, and even the treats I use depending on the dog’s needs or any allergies. My goal is for every walk to feel safe, peaceful, and enjoyable.

“I will not leave my two dogs with anyone else when I travel outside the U.S. Trish is a responsible and loving dog sitter and walker. The best part is she actually walks the dogs as far/often as they need. I have received testimonials from the neighborhood when I return, because they have seen her in action and spoken with her on the street. If she house/dog sits you can be assured your home is also being well looked after.”

“I know Jordan through church, I've watched him grow up as a kid. And I must say he's been such a light in my life. He's come over and done yard work for me on multiple occasions without asking for anything in return & I've seen him do other acts of service for other church-members. You just don't see many young people like him anymore.. Whatever he's doing, he has my support all the way through. - Danny”

“Olivia is a hard worker, considerate, and responsible. You will be hard pressed to find a more loving person of animals and pets than Olivia. I would highly recommend her as pet caregiver as she has cared for our pets and did an outstanding job.
