About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my 32 years of experience, beginning in my teenage years when I cared for neighbors’ dogs. As a dog owner myself, I hold myself to high standards and treat every dog in my care as if they were my own. Due to working in a school full time, I have the most availability in the summer and winter breaks. In addition, I am available evenings for drop ins and weekends for house sitting. At the present time, I am not offering boarding- but this is subject to change. My three year old golden retriever lives with me and is always eager to make new friends, ensuring a fun and social environment for your dog. Based in NEPA, I focus on providing personalized, loving care for each dog I look after. I look forward to hearing from you! As someone who loves pets and takes great pride in caring for my own, pet care is always a top priority in my daily routine. When it comes to your pet, it becomes my first obligation as well. I follow a strict feeding schedule for my one dog—once at 7 a.m. and again at 5 p.m; meanwhile, my other dog is a graze eater and has food in her dish 24/7. We also dedicate at least an hour to play, whether it’s fetching a ball, relaxing while watching TV, or playing with stuffed animals, sometimes more often than not a lot more than an hour. Rest assured, your pet will receive all the care and love they deserve! I prioritize a consistent schedule and routine for both my pets and client pets, which includes regular feeding, playtime, relaxation, and walks. Safety is my top priority, and I ensure that your pet is well cared for in a secure environment. In my home or yours, I have crates, multiple rooms, and gates available to provide space for pets to relax if they need some time alone or if they become too rambunctious. Rest assured, your pet will be safe, comfortable, and well attended to while in my care. I do like to create a more homey environment for my pets and dogs I watch, which sets me apart from kennel life.

About: I absolutely love all animals. I worked as a veterinarian assistant for many years at the Vestal Veterinary hospital. I still work there as the lead pharmacist. I have had some behavioral training with my own dogs. I will be able to tend to any kind of special needs your fur/feather babies might have. Im experienced in everything from naughty puppies to medicating our needy seniors, even our spicy kitties lol. I have two rescue dogs Pearl and Chief along with Flocki our Cockatoo, they are my best friends. I know there are many animals that can't be boarded for a wide variety of reasons. Im here to help. You can enjoy your time away and know your beloved pets are comfortable and cared for. Even if you just need someone to help medicate or walk your dog I'd love to help. Unfortunately one of my rescue dogs does not do well with outside dogs. I work 9 to 6 Monday through Friday. I can come to your house before and after work, possibly on lunch. I can stay at your house while you are away. My children are grown and can take care of my home while I care for yours. I would be happy to follow any dietary needs your pet may have. If your pet needs medications I can ensure you your pet will get their medication no matter how difficult the task. I will be compassionate and understanding that your pet is scared and misses you and doesn’t know who I am. I will show your pet all the extra love they need while your away.

About: I have 2 dogs and have raised animals my entire life. My dogs currently live on my property in upstate NY. My full attention goes into playing and watching the safety of my clients pets. I Worked as a dog handler in NYC at Bath & Biscuits. I love doing this. Currently working part time. I make my schedule and have amazing availability. I can do pretty much anytime of the day that a customer may need. I listen very carefully and make sure that no matter what I provide the correct service that's needed. About: Hi, Everyone! My name is Cara. Thank you for visiting my page. My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm. A half hour lunch long lunch where I can leave to care for your furries in the middle of the day depending on the distance. Dogs will be crated when I’m not home. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away. I work M-F through a nearby school, being able to provide supervision to animals while I am home. About: I’ve had animals since I was a child, and have always grown up around them. I have a big heart, and love making sure your animals are cared for and comfortable when you can’t be with them. I’m currently working day shift in the Scranton/Clark’s Summit area. I would be available over nights, after work, including weekends. Living in the Clarks Summit area means I will be able to commute well for drop in visits, walks and any other needs you and your pets have. I currently have two dogs and one cat. Elliott is approx. 6 years old, Juniper is 7 months old and Neville is around 7 years old.
