About: I've had dogs and cats in my life for almost 60 years. I have also rescued multiple dogs. Friends rely on me to help with their animals and am currently providing senior care to my beloved 13 year old shepherd and a friend's 13 year old lab. Can also provide vet references if needed. Pets needs are top priority, food, water, potty, meds, outside time, etc. I will not go to the ends of the earth just to get Spot his pup cup if you know what I mean.
About: I have raised several puppies successfully and have helped a family member with caring for large litters of Great Danes. We have had senior dogs that have required medication administration, including insulin. I also volunteer at the heart Humane Society in Georgia taken care of the cats and the dogs that are waiting to be placed into a forever home. I currently work par-time so I have plenty of time for pet care. I do have other family in my home that can care for my pets if I am needed for over nights. I love caring for pets it makes me feel rewarded when pets respond positively with me. I have 2 dogs in my home both weigh approx. 50 pounds. Our yard is fenced in so they go in and out. I take them on walks and hikes to nearby waterfalls. They are fed twice a day, just dry food once and with shredded chicken the second time. I also bath them and trim their nails and brush their teeth. I would be happy to assist where I can with your pets routines.
