About: Our family has taken care of friends’ dogs and cats for four years or more. We are now offering our pet services to more ‘07 neighbors. During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. During the school year we lose family pet minders during the school day but are available after school and on weekends. We have experience letting ourselves into owners’ homes while they are away to feed, walk, and let pets out for bathroom breaks. We also have a large fenced in yard occupied by our very friendly golden retriever to share with dogs who will treat him well.

About: I've been a dog owner since I was 12. My husband, Ryan, and I have experience with all types of dogs and a neighborhood full of friendly dogs that's great for long walks. We do have 2 children, ages 7 and 8. They are NOT be around during traditional "work" hours, 8:30am-5pm M-F, but will be present on evenings and weekends. They are calm and respectful around animals and will never be left alone with your pet. I work from home 5 days per week, and am home most weekends. I own my own company and only work part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility for walks and playtime. We live in a urban walking-friendly neighborhood, just 1 block from the River Greenway trail. There is plenty of space in my office for a dog to curl up and make itself at home. In nicer months, I work outside on our shaded open-air porch, and would love for your dog to join me!

About: I have taken care and dog sat for people in my family for about 2 to 3 years and they are very energetic dogs. I am used to being very involved with the dogs I dog sit. I do have a job but I only work Wensdays, Fridays and Saturdays ranging from times of 4 to 7 hours. But the rest of my days are free to take care of your animal to the best of my ability. I do work about 16 hours a week but that is all, all my other time will be spent watching and caring for your pet. I would care for your pet like it was mine. I would take very good care of your animal, treating it with love and respect. I would take your rules very seriously and follow them to a T.

I grew up with animals in my childhood home and am very comfortable with animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I have trained, raised and cared for several dogs myself. Daisy was a golden retriever, Zoe was my golden rough collie mutt, Molly was my 10-lb mutt, Charlie was my very sick mutt, Jess was my hyper husky blue heeler mutt, and now I have Frida. Frida is a sweet girl who loves to work. She is a border collie Australian Shepard mutt who came with me from ND. We are working on learning tricks and trying our hand at herding. Yes when I am with your dog we will work on basic obedience, manners, games, and tricks if you should like. I also have some experience with cats and would love more experience. I fostered a very sick kitten last year and have been around lots of friends’ and families’ cats. If there should be other animals that I have not worked with before, I would be happy to learn how to do so. And I would take my time to ensure I follow your care instructions thoroughly. About: I grew up with always at least six dogs in our care and two cats. I also have had experience rehabbing orphaned puppies and kittens, as well as some wildlife. I used to be a senior foster for hospice care, so I’m used to going above and beyond for comfort and high needs for animals! No request is too much for the good of the animals :) Because I’m a teacher, I’m especially looking for summer availability right now, as I’m typically wide open during this period.
