1. Peter M.

“After just moving to Duluth and not knowing anyone, Rover was my only option. I was anxious to leave my buddy with someone I didn't know. Within minutes, Peter sent me a video of Cupcake having the time of his life followed by so many photos to keep my mind at ease. Playtime with another puppy, snuggles inside, and a couple of walks kept him so happy. I will definitely be looking into using this service again and Peter will be a top choice!”

2. Ethan J.

“I was pleased to have my dog spend the day with other people and other dogs. She usually stays home alone all day and gets very little stimulation. She was not so needy and manic the remainder of the evening post boarding. I am grateful for a safe and stimulating place for my four-legged pal!”

3. Nathan & Laura R.

“I really didn’t know what to expect from using an app to find a sitter for my exuberant 7yo GSD. While scrolling through the site, I was surprised by how many qualified people were offering their services! I quickly found who I needed, largely due to Rover’s platform, which I found to be both concise and intuitive and extremely well thought out! Fast forward to meeting with our prospective sitters, Nate & Laura. I instantly felt confident that this was going to be a good choice for me and my guy Rukus. I am happy to report that upon finishing our first week that everything went incredibly smoothly. Nate & Laura’s friendly, professional, calm vibe are exactly what I had hoped for in a sitter for my guy! I also really enjoy the pictures that they share with me! If I could give my pup’s host family more than 5 stars, I would. If I could give this experience - the app, the process, the people more than 5 stars, I would do that too!”

4. Christina B.

“This was my dog Ellie's first time staying with someone she didn't know. Chistina made her feel at home by introducing her dogs one by one. When I left, 3 of them were playing fetch together.”

5. Rachel A.

“Rachel and family are the absolute best! Could not ask for better people to take care of Luna! They do a great job of exercising and playing with her! She always comes home exhausted.”

6. Casey W.
“Casey was incredible! He was professional and personable. I was able to drop my sweet girl off last minute and though it was my first time time doing so with Casey, I felt secure she was in a safe and welcoming environment. I 1000% will book again. Stormi can't wait!”

7. Amber Z.

“Amber has been great with Ginger! She is caring and takes the dogs on plenty of walks! She also gives the dogs plenty of playtime. I would absolutely recommend her!!”

8. Christine P.

“Christine was wonderful! Super easy to communicate with. Benny had a great time with her and her pups. He was worn out when I picked him up.”

9. Jennifer T.

“Great daytime stay for Rocky. Will leave him here again. Highly recommended!”

10. Patty S.

“Patty is the absolute best. Our boy is reactive, and when we had family visit, we needed a place for him to stay during the day to avoid the stress of having strangers (to him) in the house. Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about his stay! She was so flexible with timing, which was great since our dinners and activities were very variable. She gave us lots of pictures, followed his lead on if/when he wanted to meet new dogs, and he was so excited to see her every day! She was responsive, kind, and the big yard to run around in was so so good for him. Patty is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs, and asked all the questions that made me feel like she was going to handle our dog well. She gives full answers to any questions you may have, as well. We will for sure be using her again!”

11. Courtney P.

“Courtney did an awesome job taking on Chester with short notice! Great communicator and an even better sitter - he got to play all day and looked very happy in the pictures I received during his stay. Don't hesitate to have Courtney take care of your pets, I know we're already looking forward to Chester's next stay--and so is he! ☺️”

12. Jamie B.

“This was our first time using Rover and leaving our slightly spoiled dog with someone he didn’t know. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Jamie! Our dog has anxiety issues and Jamie sent updates and pictures and I could see he was very comfortable. After we picked him up he was calm and no anxiety! Thank you Jamie sooo much!!”

About: Experience in military K9 handling and a degree in Veterinary Technology with lots of personal experience to boot! I am aiming to make pet care more affordable, and more stress free in a setting that feels like home. I am available all day every day for your furry family members needs. Whether they like to play or lounge, my home will have the perfect space for their vacation. My home has the option of a space tucked away for pets that may want some time to themselves or the run of the house, whichever is preferred. There is a fenced in yard in front of the home and a large, unfenced area in back. We have access to a trail right off the property so walks in the wilderness are accessible as well as walks around the neighborhood if requested. You would have the option for your pet to socialize with dogs in the home or I can accommodate them being separated if need be. If i am watching your fur kid in your home, you can trust that they will receive the same amount of care I would give to my own animals. Happy to provide video and photo updates of their time away!

14. Heather S.

“Heather and her family did such an amazing job with Edie. They helped her ease into a new environment and gave her lots of love and affection. Heather sent many updates during the day and in all the pictures Edie looked happy and content. When Edie got home she was exhausted from a day of fun. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for care for their pup!”

I make my own work schedule, part time around caring for your pet! I’m always home with them, or they would be kenneled for very short periods of time. 17. Aleeya V.

“Aleeya far exceeded my expectations while watching Francisco. He’s a shy dude that’s cautious of everyone. She curated an experience that made him feel comfortable and engaged. They played ball, went on walks, and gave him a great place to take naps. If you live in the Duluth area, I can’t recommend Aleeya enough. Five stars isn’t enough.”

18. Lisa L.

“Lisa was highly communicative and helped my dogs have a great stay with her in Superior. I even got cute pictures of them during their visit ? Would definitely book again.”

19. Leah B.
“Leah's love for animals is second to none. The first time we met, her adopted dog Cooper 'broke the ice" and now, 8 years later, we share two wonderful kids, another adopted rescue dog (lab mix), and recently welcomed a new Dachshund to the family. Throughout our time together, Leah has fostered multiple dogs that need a temporary home and watched numerous animals while family and friends have gone on vacation. She is wonderful with all types of animals, especially dogs. She has experience with dogs of all breeds - from dogs as large as a Great Dane to dogs as small as our Dachshund, Charlie. If you need someone to care for your pet that will treat your dog like family, Leah is your girl!”
