About: I’ve owned dogs and cats for most of my life and have more than 8 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, and needs, and I always try to make them feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I’m experienced with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, walks, playtime, administering basic medications when needed, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your furry family members, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I work a full-time schedule during the week 7am-4pm, but pet care easily fits into my routine because I genuinely enjoy it. I’m available before and after work (5:30am-6am and 5pm to 8pm), on weekends (full availability), and for drop-in visits throughout the week. I know how important consistency is for pets, so I do my best to stick to their normal routines. I’ll also send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is doing well. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
