“Absolutely amazing and all of our pets loved her. I was so happy that our cats especially warmed up to Ericka so fast and my dog absolutely loved playing with her. We have specific rules for our pets and how they are fed and she did everything perfectly including hiding our cats food around the house. Ericas ability to adapt to new environments and challenges is exemplary and was very comfortable and open to our check ins with the house cameras. So, i wasn’t sure how it would go with someone else dropping in to check on them, but Karen was very patient and earned their trust and treated them like her own. Karen was great with Reese! She was very attentive and kind upon meeting her and after the visit to return my key. She did a great job with taking care of him, sending me pics and lots of updates. She made sure he was eating when he was picky and gave him extra treats. She even left me a small gift for me! Thank you for all the help and taking care of him!
Hollie always goes above and beyond, even when she doesn't have to. I booked a last minute check in visit for my cats, but unfortunately my smartlock was uncooperative such that Hollie couldn't get in. She did her best to cancel the day's visit and refund me. Luckily, I was able to fix the lock for her to go the following day and as usual my cats were so glad to see her! Always grateful for Hollie. I have a true gem to watch my kitties and don't know what I would do without her.

Sonia went above and beyond in watching our pets. When presented with several unforeseen difficulties, including leaving the wrong key and my cat not eating, Sonia went out of her way to communicate and brainstorm with me to find the best solutions and care for my fur babies. Sonia even made an extra trip out to my apartment to ensure my pets got fed, went potty, felt loved, and had good playtime. Taylor was the absolute sweetest and best caretaker for my Sunnie! She made sure to track every walk with Sunnie, gave a detailed explanation for every trip made, and made sure to send pictures. She took the best care of Sunnie and gave her all the cuddles.
