When I was in high school I started pet sitting all over lancaster and when I was a senior I went to school to become a veterinary assistant which lead to tech school. A decade later I am still in the veterinary field doing what I love… saving lives! I have experience from small animal to large and even experience with exotics/pocket pets. I have 3 years of veterinary medicine experience and I am comfortable with temperaments, body language, senior pet care, wound care and medication administration. I am able to stop in to care for pets before and after work as well as more frequently depending on distance. I will hangout for a little to make our friend feel a little less lonely if you’re on a trip! I ensure that all items are out of reach and that all medication and food are given (plus some treats!). About: Hi! I have had pets my whole life. Growing up we had dogs and then beginning in 2006, I adopted my first cat and ultimately turned my family into cat lovers (we have 8 kitties between the various family members). I’ve personally used Rover for the last year for cat sitters during some family travel and have been so impressed with the service that I wanted to become a sitter myself. I am currently working part-time from home, so I have lots of time between school and/or camp drop-offs and pick-ups to play with doggies and kitties. I am eager to increase my daily step count, so dog walking would be a perfect addition to my walk. Occasionally my animal loving boys might be with me on the job. Both are ver gentle.
