“Nicole was absolutely amazing with Luna! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay, sending updates and photos that kept me at ease. Luna had such a great time and came home happy and relaxed. It’s clear Nicole truly cares about the pets she watches. I highly recommend her and will definitely book again!”

“Hannah was incredible! She has such a way with dogs. You can tell from the moment you meet her, that she is just the most warm and caring person, and that extends to all the furry friends, too. She was flexible, asked all the pertinent questions, sent daily updates, and I loved all the pictures she sent. I would absolutely trust her to take care of my dog again. Highly highly recommend!”

“Amy did a phenomenal job boarding Jack, my large husky. She took him to the dog park daily, walked him frequently, and provided a lot of love and attention to Jack. She also provided some great insight in dog training that I intend to act on. I am grateful to Amy for being a dependable, honest, and enthusiastic dog lover.”

“Soojin is an amazing doggy sitter! My pup Toby loved her so much, the next time I brought him to stay with her he was practically jumping out of the car window to jump in her arms. She truly loves dogs and caring for them and will treat your pup as if it's her own. 10/10! Will absolutely bring Toby back to stay with her when I need a sitter.”

“Jessica is fantastic! She took our pup to the park and on her errands which made him very happy. Very communicative too the entire time with photos and videos. And she takes excellent photos to boot!”

“Luciana is an absolutely amazing sitter! My pup stayed with her for three weeks, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She and her whole family treated my dog like one of their own, giving her so much love, care, and attention every single day. I truly appreciated the regular updates and the peace of mind knowing my pup was happy and well cared for while I was away. I would trust Luciana with my dog again without hesitation. “Ewa doesn’t disappoint! Olive loved her stay and feels so at home with Ewa. She loves the big fenced yard and all the attention and playtime, and I love getting all the updates, photos and videos. Ewa was flexible in allowing me to extend Olive’s stay as I was recovering from surgery. I really appreciated that. I’m so blessed and thankful to have such a wonderful environment and sitter for Olive!”

“Lola had the best "vacation" with Mark and Lori. She took to them right away and they were EXTREMELY accommodating. I also really appreciated how patient they were with me. This was our first time leaving her, and I was so nervous. Mark gave me updates every day, and when my kids were asking me to find out what Lola was doing, he responded right away with a cute picture. This totally took the stress out of leaving her for a week. She's our baby, gets a ton of affection from us daily, and it seemed like that attention was never lacking with Mark and Lori. They are such great people, and I will definitely be using them again. Lola is still very much a puppy at just over a year old and they handled her craziness wonderfully. Thank you so much Lori and Mark. I truly appreciate you and the way you took care of our baby girl.”

“Ella has taken great care of my dog, Champ, a few times! I'd gladly board him with her any time. She is professional, communicative, and caring toward Champ. I appreciate her updates about his walks and playdates! Champ is always happy to see her and makes himself right at home when we arrive. Thanks Ella! 🐾”

“Kazuhiro and Akemi were simply fantastic with Regina George! She is a bit timid but was very comfortable with them and their other sweet dog guests. You could see how calm and relaxed all dogs were and that seemed to immediately make Regina George calm as well. While she was a touch nervous during her stay they provided constant updates and pictures. We were completely relaxed and secure knowing she was being taken care of. You could tell they were true dog lovers! Highly recommended for others. Looking forward to her next visit with them!”

“Michael took great care of our sweet 11-yo dog, Jenny! This was our first time using Rover and Michael made it a great experience. Jenny was happy and we received many photos while we were gone. Thank you!”

“We are very happy with the service provided by Yailyn. Hank stayed with her for 8 days and came home a very happy dog. She kept us updated throughout the trip, and sent us photos of Hank having a great time. We will definitely is Yailyn again. Thank you, Yailyn!”

“Balaji & Sanna did an incredible job looking after our pup. We got frequent updates and had open lines of communication in case any clarifications needed to be made. Your pup will absolutely be in great hands with them :)”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Highland Park
Nicole was an absolute professional when we boarded our dog with her. Communication was amazing and responsive, it was always easy to check in to see how our dog was doing! It’s very obvious that Nicole loves dogs and she takes exceptional care of them. Our dog came home smelling nice and very tired. I cannot recommend Nicole enough

My dogs were so well taken care of by Gvido and family! They have a fantastic, fully fenced yard that my dogs loved to explore. They also took my dogs on daily walks in the nearby forest preserve. It made me so happy that my dogs were so happy while we were out of town!

Soojin went above and beyond in caring for our dog. She and her young children loved having him with them, and spoiled him with attention, love, and accommodation. Many updates, pics and videos were sent our way during our time away, and there was always quick communication. Our dog Ollie loved playing in their fenced in backyard. We hope to book with them again someday!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
