“Kyle, did a great job walking Ella. He was able to accommodate short notice. He took my dog for a run and played frisbee with her which she loves. I’d highly recommend him!”
About: I’ve been dog sitting neighbors and friends dogs and cats since I was 13! Definitely one of my favorite things to do is pet watching I currently am looking for a flexible part summer job, and I found this to be the perfect fit! Will definitely have time for some pets! I am available EVERY morning ☀️from: 6am to 12:30pm. Since I have a part time job, I can only pet home sit on specific days, usually Mondays through Thursdays. I work according to the owners instructions, your pet will be like my pet, so please know I will take care of your pet accordingly! Here’s some questions I like considering beforehand: -Is your fur friend high energy or low energy? -How friendly is your pet? (Strangers and other dogs) -Oral medications, instructions and time. -Anything I should keep in mind for walks? -Should I bring anything on a walk( Such as treats, toys, water, etc.) For home sitting 🏠: -Meal times -Walk times and/or how long -Any favorite toys or treats -For cat owners: your cats’ favorite hiding spots
“Katherine was great! She is very professional and the dogs took to her immediately. She showed up on time handled our 2 dogs really well (one of them can be a handful!). Would highly recommend her.”

“My dog loves Caroline! After his walks, she spent extra time playing with him in the backyard and loving on him. She had great communication skills and did an excellent job managing his sometimes leash reactiviness. We will definitely book her again if she is available.”

“Claire was excellent! She always sent pictures, responded quickly to messages, and was flexible with our trip schedule. I will definitely book with Claire in the future!”

“Sasha went above and beyond for our pup Shake. She was able to help on short notice and met a friend of mine due to me being out of town, something she didnt have to do. She was prompt and provided regular photos and updates, and even swept the hair from our floors as a favor to us. 5 stars and would trust Sasha with Shake any time!”

“I had to find last minute help caring for my dog, despite the short notice, David was able to accommodate us! He was very responsive. I appreciated that he took the time to do a meet and greet prior to booking his services; he is extremely thorough and you can tell he is passionate about the care he gives. His detailed updates after each walk and accompanying photos eased my dog mom guilt over leaving my dog behind. Would highly recommend David!”

About: Your pet deserves more than a quick walk and a pat. As a full-time remote worker, I'm home all day which means belly rubs on demand, consistent feeding times, and a watchful eye from sun up to sun down. Having recently lost my 12 year old pup, I miss having a 4-legged co-worker sniffing around. My fenced in patio gives dogs off-leash freedom to run, sniff, and just be dogs. Small or large, young or old, every pup gets the same five-star treatment. Consider me your dog's new best friend! I work from home in a very dog friendly neighborhood. I'm used to taking regular potty and lunch time breaks during my work day with my own pup. I live in a small condo which includes a privately, fenced in patio area. I no longer have a pup at home, but do have lots of toys and blankets!
“Clover was great! She arrives on time and let my pup sniff around and get to know her before she tried to pet her. Ollie seemed very comfortable and was happy when he came back from is walk!”

“Matthew takes great care of my boy, Duke! He not only does the required potty breaks, but spends time playing with Duke as well. The gate even fell down once because Duke bumped it and he made sure to fix it before leaving. I’m thankful to have Matthew as a reliable sitter!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Highland Park
Dylan as always is our absolute favorite! I always think about how I am so happy that I found him randomly on Rover because he has saved our lives for the past three years. Our pets love him so much and I trust him implicitly to take care of them and do anything that I would do. We love Dylan so much!!!!!

Anna was timely, patient, and caring with our boy Blue! She noticed he was anxious to leave because he has some separation anxiety, so she carried him to the park and he was so excited to be in his element! She knew exactly what to do with an anxious pup. Highly recommend Anna!

Thanks so much, Eboni, for taking such good care of Teddy. He loves being with you, and was always at the door with a happy tail wag waiting for you. I was very impressed at how you were able to manage him, given that he's a big guy (85 lbs, will be two in a few weeks) and very friendly with other dogs and children. I was not surprised when you told me you wanted to base your career on working with dogs. You're a natural, and I'm sure you'll be a great success in that field. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you!

Abbie is fantastic! I have two senior dogs, a German shepherd mix and a Chihuahua mix, both are challenging to walk and Abbie does a great job with both. The other day she helped me get one of my dogs to the vet who was feeling sick. Totally outside of what she is responsible for and I really appreciated the extra help.
