About: I have experience working with and caring for a variety of animals (Dogs, Cats, Birds, Chickens) including feeding, grooming, exercising, and monitoring their overall health and well-being. I have 2 dogs, black/tan coonhound Waylon, and Black/tan mini dachshund Molly, and my orange tabby cat Garfield. Through my interactions with animals, I have developed patience, responsibility, and strong observation skills, allowing me to recognize changes in behavior and respond appropriately to their needs. I am comfortable handling animals in a safe and compassionate manner and understand the importance of maintaining clean living environments, following care routines, and ensuring animals receive proper attention and enrichment. My experience has strengthened my commitment to providing quality care and promoting the welfare of animals. I am currently working part time as a dog groomer but have a lot of time around work to help care for your pets! I'm also available during the weekend. I currently have 3 dogs at my house that use a fenced in yard and they use kennels as well. When I take them out, I use a good leash and make sure to have a tight grip.

I have a few furry felines and dogs that I already help take care of.. I have cared for small to medium size dogs in the past and grew up with a house full of pets. Including but not limited to dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, foul/birds, and minimal farm animals. However, every fur buddy or man’s best friend is unique. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a young child, my passion for animals encouraged me to pursue a career working with animals. In recent years I have worked animal husbandry caring for domestic pets, exotic big cats, wolves, snakes, birds and more. I am comfortable working with all sizes of dogs and as well as other species. I have 5 years vet tech experience so can help with medical issues and medications as needed. I am fully available except when I’m out of town helping my sick father (usually a week each month). I can check in as frequently or long as you need, but I do have an older 30lb (dog friendly) pup who needs medications twice daily and I am the only one that can provide those to him. If he cannot be with me while providing other pets care then I will need to return to him once morning and evening to ensure he is taken care of. Can stay overnight preferably only one night at a time so I can return to my pets. I have recently moved so no longer have a fenced yard, but have a large home with dog runs on trees in the backyard. I have an easy going 30lb Pomeranian mutt named Teddy. My dog is very easy to get along with other dogs, as I have fostered and watched other animals numerous times in the years of me having him. I watch my brother’s pitbull mix named Hercules on a regular basis as well. I do have cats so would prefer if they were used to them, but have an area of my home doggy gated off so they can feel safe when other pets visit my home.
