“Lacey was amazing. She went all out for my dog. She sent updates and pictures. My dog enjoyed every minute. You couldn't get a better pet sitter. I would highly recommend her. I will definitely have her pet sit my dog again.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alice! From the moment I dropped off Zoe, I knew she was in great hands. Alice went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and happy throughout the stay. The communication was excellent—Alice sent regular updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. Not only did Alice provide a safe and clean environment, but she also took the time to give Zoe plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. Zoe came home relaxed, happy, and well taken care of—it’s clear that Alice genuinely loves animals and knows how to care for them. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional dog boarder, I highly recommend Alice. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Tayler was absolutely wonderful with my doggo. Sent me lots of picture and video updates. They walked and played with him lots. My dog had a wonderful time at their place and with their Goldie girl, Lady. I just knew my dog was safe and happy while I was away.”

“This was the first time we parted with our Harley. We are all thankful we found Kloie. She was easy to communicate with and settled our concerns and worries. This was an extended stay and through her updates and pictures we could tell Kloie was truly getting to know Harley’s personality.”

“5 outta 5 barks! My little one has since stayed twice with Dana and what a wonderful fit! My girl comes back happy, healthy, tired and most importantly clean. So happy to have found her”

“Semran is a wonderful sitter! We can tell she quickly learned to read and understand our little Manny. She is a very kind and responsible caring sitter, a great communicator, and her pups, Biscuit and Gooby, are the sweetest!”

“My family decided to celebrate a milestone birthday in Indian Wells. I had never left my two dogs with anyone but my family and I was nervous to say the least. In addition, my dogs needed someone who would understand their flaws due to being rescue dogs. I had a phone interview with Elaine and it went really well. She's easy to talk to. She put my mind at ease with all my concerns. She mentioned she has a lot of experience raising dogs as well as being around rescues, which was exactly what I was looking for. Her place was good for my dogs. It was about a 25 min drive to where we were staying but I'm glad we found her. Her place is quiet and in a gated community. I brought a portable pop up crate that allowed my dogs to go in and out when they needed a place to settle down or to sleep in at night. She also took them outside on her bench and out onto the grassy area that backs up to the golf course to have some fun. She answered every text I sent and made sure to send a picture of each dog. She reassured me they were doing well so this allowed me to enjoy my time with my family. Should another vacation arise in this area, I would schedule Elaine again to watch my dogs. Consider Elaine for your next dogsitting needs. Thank you, Elaine! From: Natalie, Tinkerbell and Pixie”

About: I absolutely love cats and dogs. I grew up raising/training labs and German shepherds. I currently have 3 fur babies; my oldest shepherd is actually from my families last litter and our youngest shepherd is a rescue although you wouldn’t know it since they act like siblings. Our cat is also a rescue and prefers to stay out of sight from the dogs but is super friendly and talkative when he meets new people. I had a chocolate lab and took care of him until he was 14. (Diapers , shots, oral medication, you name it he and we probably went through it together) if you have a senior dog I am more than happy to help with any extra care that comes along. I’ve raised all my fur babies (with the exception of our cat) from the puppy stages to the elderly stages. I recently moved here and spend 24/7 with my fur babies so I figured why not spend time with more fur babies! I’m currently available Monday to Friday any time. We do allow the fur babies on the furniture and have a small patio that is fenced in so the dogs can go potty when it’s too hot to walk. We also have a small pool that we regularly set up for the dogs in the back so they can play outside in the heat (supervised). I take my dog on walks before the sun starts cooking us and when the sun goes down to stretch their legs. I can take the dogs to the park and play with them as well😊.

“She is like a dog whisperer! Cola knew we were leaving him for vacation over the Thanksgiving long weekend, and has been acting weird (moody, sad, misbehaving). But after boarding with Elizabeth, he came back happy as usual, woohoo! It’s like a spiritual retreat for him, playing with doggy friends, running in the safe gated backyard, going for long walks and snuggling with Elizabeth and her hubby. Looking forward to the next boarding!”

“Shawna took great care of our dog Lady. Lady is a recent rescue and she can be fearful and sensitive in new settings. Shawna’s calm, caring energy was a perfect match, and she graciously accommodated us when our plans changed at the last minute. We feel very fortunate to have found her.”

About: I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, from puppies to elderly. Great pet friendly home with fully fenced yard. Furniture and beds are a-okay. Experienced with administering meds. I am an artist and at home full time. My own companion recently passed so there are currently no other pets in the home. I have plenty of time to play and snuggle and can’t wait to meet your fur baby! My yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to toss a ball or to just get out the zoomies. There are no off-limits rooms in the home. I have a doggy door but am also happy to take them outside every two hours if they need encouragement. Feeding time is generally 8 and 5. If meds are needed their schedule will be strictly adhered to.

“Monica is amazing! Was my first time boarding my pup and she made me feel comfortable right away. Sent me pics throughout the stay and Enzo had a blast playing with the other pups, kittens, and other friends! He was completely tuckered out the next day after all the fun! Thanks again!”

“Louella is an absolute dream of a dog sitter. She is so kind, sweet, gentle and friendly. She’s also responsible and has excellent communication skills. Her house and yard are beautiful and dog friendly. She took pictures of Bek and gave me updates (he always looked super happy and relaxed) which was great. I also felt like I could relax and be completely present on my vacation, which is a rare feeling when you have someone else looking after your pup. Can’t speak highly enough!”

About: I have taken care of puppies since before middle school, from puppies to senior dogs, I enjoy to get to know them, they can be such characters. I do work full time but mainly a closer, so I can take your puppy out for a walk in the mornings, and I can board them with me Thursdays and Fridays. I can also do a quick check in for them in case youre not home, and need someone to make sure they are okay. I have a fenced yard with barb wire, so no issue with anyone or anything coming in. I have a complete room designated for your puppies stay. It has A/C their own couch, fridge and amenities. The yard is big enough to enjoy a good run, and potty breaks!.

“Destiny was absolutely Amazing. She sent me pics of my dog throughout the day. I have found a dog sitter I trust. Thank you Destiny for loving and caring for my fur baby.❤️”

About: I’ve had more than a dozen pets in my life both from fostering and adopting and all of them have been shown love like never before. I love animals with my whole heart. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters, a cat rescue, and I was a Girl Scout for 7 years. I love helping others and’s more than anything I want your pets to be happy, safe, and comfortable in your absence. I work part time 3 days a week for 7 hour shifts however they are typically scattered throughout the week on odd days and times. I am willing to do just about anything to attend to your pets needs and I will always make sure they are safe, healthy, and happy as can be in my care. In my own home I can feed, water, pet, love, cuddle, play with, go on walks with, and administer medications, and brush pets. I can do all of the same within clients homes with the exception of walks (IF I’m unfamiliar with the area).

About: I am an experienced pet sitter and walker. I love dogs and cats and currently don’t have any of my own. I have dog sat for up to 5 weeks at a time, and regularly do week-long stints house and pet sitting. I enjoy the time outside, including long walks or visits to the dog park and am familiar with the pet-friendly trails, parks, and the walkable neighborhoods in the high desert. I have a pet-friendly house with a yard that can be fully fenced in when needed. I'm always respectful of other peoples properties and clean up after myself. I work from home and am able to take midday walks with pets or spend time with a dog or cat and make sure they are comfortable while I work from my computer. I have a comfortable home that is secure for pets. I have a yard, but it is not fully fenced so I take pets out for a walk on a leash in the neighborhood. There are nearby pet-friendly trails.

Hannah S.
“I would strongly recommend Hannah to anyone who is looking for a super reliable, kind, and attentive person to attend to their pets. I absolutely trust her with my 12-year-old dog, Winston, who she has watched many times overnight at her residence while i’ve been away for days at a time. I had complete peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. Hannah bonded so easily with Winston, and it is clear how much he loves her. It makes me so happy to see the wagging of Winston’s tail whenever he sees her. She took him for long walks, spent time playing with his favorite toys, and even created a “scavenger hunt” to keep him mentally stimulated. She is very dependable, knowledgeable and conscientious. She understands pet owners’ love for their animals and goes above and beyond to keep them happy and healthy. 10/10 highly recommend.”
Hidden River dog parents share their Rover experiences
Great pet sitter. Ryan is a very communicative and conscientious sitter. My senior Boxer requires special attention due to her hip dysplasia. Ryan makes sure our pup, Nickels, limits her activity to comply with our veterinarians care instructions. I'm really grateful to have Ryan as a sitter for Nickels. She treats her doggie clients as she does her own dog.
