About: I’ve been working with animals my entire adult life, starting in animal shelters where I gained hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. During that time, I became a professional pet groomer, which not only improved my skills in animal care but also helped shelter pets feel and look their best, often leading to successful adoptions. Working in a shelter taught me how unique every animal is, and I always adapt to each pet’s specific needs with patience and compassion. I am experienced in administering medications and vaccinations, and I’m fully comfortable handling pets with different behavioral traits. Above all, I treat every animal as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine since I’m normally free during the week and on select weekends. This flexibility means I can accommodate regular walks, drop-ins, or even last-minute needs! I’ll care for your furry baby in the comfort of their own home, keeping their routine consistent and making sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I also respect your home, keeping things tidy and secure so you can return with total peace of mind.
“Vanessa took great care of my cat. My cat was in great shape and good spirits when I returned home from a trip. I felt comfortable that my cat was in good hands and wasn't worried about rushing back home to check on her.”

“I recently adopted a puppy and Finn was really helpful in stopping by during the day and taking her out and playing with with her. Finn was also able to change hours on a short notice, which helped me a lot. Thanks Finn.”

About: I’ve had elderly dogs and took care of them since they were younger. I would care and hold them when they needed it, I would also provide them with wet food to make it easier them for them to eat. But I have experience in taking care of them so if you have any dogs that need elderly care I can do it! And I love to play with younger dogs as well, I have a yokie and she energetic and loves to play with her many toys she has. My dog outside he’s older and I love to just sit and watch everything with him and sometimes when he feels good he likes to run around with me outside. But all in all, I would love to take care of your dogs because I have some of my own and I know how it is to leave them in someone else care, you get scared. But please trust me I will love them and care for them like they are my own babies :) I’m currently doing some online college classes. They don’t require that many hours to do and I usually do my work later in the day so I can spend time with my dogs in the morning and afternoon. My home has a backyard that is fenced and it has RV parking on the side that’s also fenced, I also don’t have an RV so it’s empty and just another space for dogs to run around with me. The inside is a three bedroom, one story house. Two of the rooms the dog can be in. The living room and kitchen are also places the pet can be with me but one of the bedroom is the only place off limits. And we have a front yard that the pets can walk on, also the neighborhood is safe as well so I can take them on walk too.
“Sierra did an amazing job of watching our fur babies while we were away. She eased our anxieties and sent us updates when she would check in. Sierra was patient with our pups and we couldn’t have asked for things to go any smoother. We will definitely be rebooking with Sierra anytime we need a pet sitter.”

“Danielle was an amazing pet sitter for our cats during our 5-day trip. She kept us updated with daily messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our cats were happy, well-fed, and relaxed when we got back, and it was clear that Danielle took great care of them. Highly recommend her services—she's reliable, communicative, and wonderful with pets! Thank you, Danielle!”

About: I've been raised in a house that had animals since I was born. I've pretty much always had a fur baby who shared my home and heart with me. I love animals; especially dogs; but over the years have helped care for dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, goats, cows and am still ready to keep caring for infinite more. Im very patient, very clean (for the oopsie daisy accidents), quick to learn new things and am willing to work with you and all your fur babies and any other animal you may need help caring for!(: I am a 27 year old putting myself through college, who is currently between jobs- so I currently have a pretty open schedule. Just reach out and I am more than likely, willing & able to help you out! I prefer to come to you because this is my first time joining Rover. In the past I have gone to friends, family and clients homes to check up on, walk or house sit for them and their pets. I always prefer to follow your directions because every pet is different! Some animals feed once a day, some twice and some three times. Some pets need medication and others do not- so I like to follow their regular schedules as to not throw them off of it! In my house my brother and I each have our own dogs- two girls Shilah and Hazel Rae (my baby). I trained my 7 month old puppy myself and everyday is an adventure. Please just let me know your pets needs and I can come by to meet them or for you to show me how you'd like them cared for!(:I am super flexible and always willing to learn!
“Tess is absolutely wonderful! She’s so understanding of my cats’ needs and they’re really comfortable with her because of it. I love being able to leave my babies and know they’ll be taken care of!”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have been caring for my four dogs and two cats for over 13 years. I’ve had them since I was a kid, so they’re a huge part of my life. One of my dogs is around 50 lbs and another is 120 lbs, so I’m really comfortable handling dogs of all sizes. I’m gentle, patient, and love teaching them little tricks or just spending time with them. Animals usually warm up to me fast, and I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. I can also help with older dogs or giving oral meds if needed. I truly love animals and treat every one like family. I’m currently on summer break from college and have soccer practice in the mornings, so I’m free from 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. I’ll only be offering walks and check-ins during the day, and I’m super flexible within that time. I love spending time with animals and can easily fit into your pet’s routine to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a fun walk, or some playtime and cuddles, I’ve got it covered! At your home, I’ll always follow your pet’s usual routine so they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away. I’m neat, respectful, and treat every pet like my own making sure they’re happy, hydrated, and never left alone for too long. For both my safety and your pet’s, I may bring my boyfriend along during check ins or walks. He’s also great with animals and super gentle, so your pet will get even more love and attention. I always take time to build trust with each pet and send updates and pictures so you feel confident they’re in good hands.
