About: Growing up as kids we had every animal imaginable: Chickens, horses, pigs, sheep, cats, reptiles and of course dogs! My siblings and I did 4-H for quite a few years, showing pigs and sheep; because of this I know a fair amount about a wide variety of animals. We lived out of town growing up but we had about 10-15 neighbors in our “cluster”. I started pet sitting for the neighbors around 12 years old and ended up becoming the “go - to” pet sitter of the neighborhood. I have a dog and horse, Teal and Paisley. Teal over a year ago ended up having two little babies that we kept in the family. Teal is a Golden Retriever/Black Lab and the dad was a Purebred English Setter, the puppies were adorable. My mom ended up taking “Hoss the Boss” or Hoss and my fiancé took “Winston Pinston” or Winston. They all absolutely love each other and get so excited when they all get to be together. My fiancé and I just relocated to Echo, Oregon and I’m looking to fill my free time by providing high quality care for your fur babies. My goal is to provide a safe, enriching and relaxing environment for all animals in my care. Thank you for taking time to read my profile and I look forward to hearing from you! I’m currently only working part time so I’m not away from the house for too long at one time. When I’m home we are very active and spend a lot of time outside gardening, hanging on the patio and taking walks. I like to provide positive interactions with any animal I’m around. I do my best to read body language and determine how I’m going to interact with the dog/horse/cat etc. My animals (a dog and a horse) are my world and they know it, that’s for sure!
About: I have taken care of mini types of animals and will be willing too learn how to take care of your if I don’t know. I have four horses and I also have three dogs that have to have a job every day so they stay happy and don’t hurt themselves. I take care of my pets by feeding morning and night also checking water and looking over them making sure they didn’t get hurt when I was gone I would do the same for a client pet.
About: I have had 20 years of one on one care of numerous different dogs and breeds. I have trained puppies and have done hospice care for my senior dogs. My love for dogs runs deeper than words can express. I have administrated medication in abundance of creative ways to administer. Walks and exercise is so important for the health of dogs and humans alike. It only takes about 5 minutes of time for dogs to get comfortable with me. They instantly feel the warmth, love, comfort and safety I am able to create, from years of knowing how to get to know them. I love exploring and hiking and I always love to have company that has four legs. I love to sleep with snuggle bears. If that is not something that is preferred I have had crated dogs and am comfortable not sleeping with them too. I welcome and respect your ways of caring for your pet and look forward to making your time away as comfortable and confident as possible. I am fortunate to have schedule flexibility. It is a pleasure to work with my client’s humans’ in advance in order to be prepared and meet their needs and expectations. I am able to come care for your pet where you are.
