“The relationship started with a meet and greet and Yiqiuxi and Nick asked all of the right questions to ensure that it was a good fit. They were interested in his routines and most importantly the do's and don'ts so Gucci didn't pick up any bad habits. Next the drop off. They have a huge area for Gucci to get plenty of exercise and he showed an immediate sign that he was comfortable which sealed the deal. We could not be happier with how well our Gucci was taken care of (6 nights) I was truly impressed with the consistency in daily updates which included photos, cuddle time and summary of his day. We appreciate their flexibility when I needed to add an extra day due to travel delays. I highly recommend Yiqiuxi and Nick and I am getting ready to book a new date right away. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful, detailed messages and plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Rockie is naturally anxious in new environments, but Lashelle was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She understood his body language, gave him the space he needed to adjust, and helped him build confidence at his own pace. I especially appreciated how she handled introductions with her family and pets, always putting Rockie's comfort and safety first. It was clear she has a lot of experience with dogs and truly cares about their well-being. She kept me informed about everything—from his eating and potty habits to his progress settling in, making new friends, and even his funny moments watching TV! She also went above and beyond by cleaning him up after an accident without hesitation. By the end of his stay, Rockie had gone from being nervous to relaxing on the couch, enjoying the yard, snuggling with the family, and even warming up to everyone in the house. Seeing that progress meant so much to me. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Lashelle treated Rockie like one of her own, and I knew he was loved and cared for every step of the way. “I loved loved loved loved this experience. This was my first experience boarding Blue so I was extremely nervous. I had reached out to someone else 2 weeks prior so I literally found Erwin the same day because I never heard from the other person and I’m so glad she never reached back out to me. He was so responsive and immediately set up a meet and great to meet with Blue. We went over and all went well. Blue has never been boarded before and he had dogs and cats so I was a put apprehensive. So Erwin suggested we give her a couple hours there just to see if she warms up, by the time I was on the way to get her food and water dishes she had warmed up to him and his wife and I had gotten 3 pictures. I got daily reports, pictures, and updates just so I knew she was comfortable and I felt comfortable and I really appreciated that. Blue was excited to see me but she also looked like she was home while she was with this family so I definitely feel confident saying I’m the future when I have any business trips or family vacations I know where Blue will be staying if they are available!!! If you are having and second thoughts please don’t, I feel they took care of Blue exactly as I would have and even went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. I think Erwin’s wife even slept with her because she knew she was sad being away from me which is so comforting because although she’s a pit she’s a cuddle bug.”

“Leo had an amazing time with Melissa and her family. She had her dogs which kept him busy and happy as he loves to play with others and he got plenty of cuddles. We did a meet and greet with the pups a week before the boarding to ensure wveryone got along well and i could already tell leo was in great hands and Melissa even assured me there would always be someone there just in case. The pictures Melissa sent as we were gone made me happy to see that he was getting spoiled and was having great naps and playtime. She updated me daily and ensured Leo was fed exactly what was needed and we would definitely love to have Leo come "sleepover" again.”
