There was one night were one got out and was not able to get to their food and water (NOT HER FAULT) (they are just mischievous) but she went out of her way to come back (even thought it wasn’t scheduled) and fix it and I truly appreciated that! ❤️ (I did ask her but she didn’t have to since I didn’t book it) if I could give her a 9999/10 I would. I would recommend her to anyone I know!”

About: Hello! My name is Colleen. I have experience with dog care for a long time. I had a dog for 18 years. Her name was Maggie. I was responsible for the puppy years of training and accommodating for her when she was older. I truly enjoy caring for dogs and I just adopted one last year. His name is Benny and he's a pity mix. For years my friends have been asking me to watch there dogs and I finally made a decision to join the rover team. I am in need of some extra cash and I have much free time on my hands lately! I'm able to take breaks during the day and let out dogs/cats and/or take them for a walk. I get out of work around 330/4 and I'm available until 7/8 pm. (I can make adjustments if needed). I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog that gets along with other dogs. When I am at a clients home I will follow directions as given and make sure everyone is safe.

About: I’ve had all kinds of animals since I was very young. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and a lot of farm animals. I work full time but would be able to fit pet care into my schedule before and after work, as well as on the weekend. About: No dog is too small or too big! I have cared for many varying breeds, ages, training levels, and energy levels. Frequent Dog-Sitter for Friends and Family. Wanting to care for, play with, walk, and love your best friend while you cannot! I work 10:30-7:00 (Tues-Fri) and 9:30-4 (Sat). My partner works 6:30-4.:00. I am home Sunday/Monday. My partner is home Saturday/Sunday. I work 5 minutes from home so I can always check in! I currently live in an 800sqft apartment with my boyfriend. No kids and no pets (they’re all back home, sadly). Smoke Free. We have a fenced dog area and plenty of walking paths. Dogs can go on furniture and we have space for crates! Doors can be closed if your best friend is not allowed in bedrooms or bathrooms. They can sleep in the bedroom, on their bed, on the floor, carpet, or couch! Garbage is enclosed and no food is left out. Feel free to send their favorite toy or comfy beds. They are allowed in cars! Closest vet clinic is 1 mile away :)

Jess is a professional groomer with nearly 10 years experience grooming dogs of all shapes and sizes. Interested in getting your dog a spa day while they're here? She does in home grooming and does an excellent job! References available upon request. Alexis is an exhibitor and breeder of AKC American Akitas with 8 years of experience raising and showing dogs across the southeast. Both Alexis & Jess have training experience under their belts and have worked in dog rescue, shaping behavior and temperaments of dogs of many breeds and sizes. In our home, your dog will be treated as one of our own. We live on a quiet 1. 8 acre property with an acre of that securely fenced with a 6 foot privacy fence. We do have resident dogs, but they will not have access to nor come in contact with your pet staying with us! Given the breeds we own and our background in rescue and rehab, we are not strangers to powerhouse breeds, tougher temperaments or special needs dogs who need some time to adjust to new people or surroundings. Given our opposite work schedules, one of us is home almost all the time, so your dog will be in our company for most of his/her stay. Dogs are our world. We know how important they are in the lives of those who have them. Speaking from experience, we understand how nerve wracking and difficult it can be trusting someone enough to leave your dogs with them. It's something we struggled with for a long time, finding the right person to care for our own dogs in our absence.. we were fortunate enough to find a rockstar - so we hope that we can be that person for someone else!
