We dropped him off for our wedding weekend and she sent enough updates for us to know he was still alive but was super respectful of the fact that we were busy and not on our phones! Our dog came home tired and very happy. We aren’t living in the area, but if we were we would be rebooking Ruby every chance we got!”

“Heather was great! She seems to know dog very well on top of being an animal lover. She was the 1st person I have worked with on rover, since I am a new customer, she alone makes me want to use this company again knowing the care my dogs got when they were with her. On top of the excellent care, she was also very flexible with the me and my needs. My roof was going to be installed and that’s why I scheduled to board my dogs for the night. Sure enough, it ended up being a rain day and the roofers always schedule it for the next day. Heather was very understanding and accommodating and helped me through the process of cancelling and rescheduling. On top of that, she also provides the service to pick up and drop off dogs, if wanted, which really helped me since my son was sleeping and could still sleep in. I would recommend her to anyone as long as I don’t need her at that time, just kidding. For real though, she represented the company very well and I would trust any of the caretakers at this place.”

Since we were getting married, we needed to find a sitter for a couple nights and after seeing the very many good reviews about Jenifer, I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m so glad we did! She obviously loves dogs- dropping our pup off was easy since she had 2 huge baskets of toys for her to get excited over!
