“Stefanie was great with my fur baby Lizzie. Lizzie has anxiety and can’t be left alone or put in a kennel. Stefanie stayed with Liz every minute why we were gone. Stefanie took Lizzie on long walks in the woods and down to the lake. Stefanie updated me through out the day letting me know how Liz was doing and even sent me pictures of Liz through out the day. Liz stayed with Stefanie two days in a row. The 2nd morning we took Liz, she was so excited to see Stefanie. That means so much to a pet owner when your pet is happy to be with someone in their care. “We’re so attached to River that he only ever stays with us or at his “home sitter’s “ house. While camping near BlueRidge we decided to take the scenic train. Pets aren’t allowed. We found Judy with 5 stars and rave reviews and we are so thankful we did! She took him hiking and loved on him and he did very well. We were anxious to get a sitter in an area we didn’t know anyone. Now we have a wonderful sitter when we come back to the area. Judy sent pictures and let us know River was doing well! I 100% recommend!!”

About: I love dogs so much. I have always had dogs and love raising them and training them and loving on them. And now me and my husband own a home that is perfect for watching your dog/s too! It’s spacious and has tons of outside fenced in area for your pups/babies to safely play and have fun. I currently have 2 pugs of my own, and anyone who has pugs can tell you that a pug owner is a lover of dogs! And if you have cats, my husband has always taken care of cats and loves them. We both work part time from home, so we are both always there to take care of your favorite baby, who I’m sure is a loving member of your family! You can sleep easy when you leave your dog or cat with us. They will be well cared for and undoubtedly have a great time! Me and my husband are home over 90% or the day and night because we both work from home part time. And it is rare for us to ever be gone at the same time. So I will always be available to play with and take care of your dog or cat. I have an inner fully fenced in yard and then a secondary larger fenced in yard. Pets have access to both fenced in areas without ever leaving any of the fenced areas. We also live at the end of road that lies at the end of another road. So we are completely safe out here. We love animals. We have always had either labs or, in the last 15 years we have always had pugs. We currently have 2 pugs who LOVE to play and will keep your fur baby company, of course, only if you wish for this. We also honor any request for pet privacy if that is your preference and we can easily arrange that. We also have a separate fenced in area where we have a few laying chickens, so we clearly love animals. Mine and my husbands work is mostly from the home and on the internet, but we don’t work a lot of hours. So we have lots of time to play with your pups. We prioritize the care of your pup as the main thing in our schedule. Your pup will instantly make friends with our two pugs. Our pugs have never met a human or dog they didn’t like. And they will surely play together a lot in our big fenced in yard.

About: I have worked with animals almost my whole life! I’ve trained dogs with my dad as a teenager and I worked in the vet field for 17 years. I worked as kennel technician, veterinary technician and a receptionist. I was even a manager at a pet boarding facility. As a stay at home mom, I can love on your dog while you are away! I have experience with newborn pups to older pups who need help getting along or receiving medication. I’m a stay at home mom so I can take care of your dog all day! I have a 4 year old and a 7 year old who would love on your pup as well! I live in an old farmhouse on 6 acres. It’s not fenced so I would be leash walking your baby. I have 3 cats who have a whole room to themselves in our house so they won’t be a problem. We do have hardwood floors throughout the house so if your pup has a hard time getting around, let me know and I can accommodate them!

About: I can adapt to you and your dog's needs and wants ranging from medical needs to behavioral modification or simply some love and snuggles! Not only do I support positive reinforcement, I also like to include doggy fitness for healthy joints and long lives. I've been known to give a doggy massage, or two. I specialize in small toy breeds and aging pets. With two senior animals in the house we all play best as a senior pack. I have worked with paraplegic pups and dogs that need injections. I understand how to read dog body language and sense what they are feeling. I find this extremely important in providing a safe, happy comfortable setting for an animal away from their family and normal schedule. I make sure everyone has a happy, wagging tail. During walks and drop ins I find it important to spend this time providing a fun, energized visit to up their spirit and make the time fly by.

About: I have been a caregiver of dogs since I was 12 when I got my first puppy named Doc!! Since then I’ve grown to have so much love for them and the joy of watching them all have their own unique personalities. I’ve always been the one to jump at all the opportunity's I can get to dog sit for my family, neighbors, and friends puppers!! So this a dream job for me Im in the middle of transitioning to making this my full time job.. I will be available to attend to the pups however long they will be in my care for! I live on a compound with my family and two friendly dogs to keep yours company. If you prefer your dogs to be isolated or crated we can arrange that as needed to make sure your dog is comfortable and taken care of as needed.
