She also sent occasional pictures and updates, which were a pleasant surprise. Our dog appears to have enjoyed her stay; she came home clean, calm, happy and ready for a nap after enjoying her stay.”

He was incredibly patient, kind, and clearly experienced with dogs who need a little extra care and understanding. My pup has pancreatitis and a strict medication and feeding schedule, and Andy followed everything thoroughly—sending daily updates and photos that gave me total peace of mind while I was away. He really respected my dog’s boundaries while still giving him plenty of comfort, which is not an easy balance to strike. I could tell he took the time to learn my dog’s quirks and adjust to his needs, which made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again—highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful caregiver for your pet! “We left our cat with Valerie for 5 days while we were gone on a trip. My cat can be rather high maintenance plus she does not tolerate other animals well. Valerie and her family worked hard to accommodate my cat's particular needs and tried to make her as comfortable as possible, making sure she had her own space away from the household pets. They even gave her a nice grooming so my cat came home looking better than when she left! I checked in daily asking for updates and pictures and Valerie always sent them.”
