About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life—first cats, then dogs, and many more in between! Since I currently rent in Kapa'au and can't have a pet of my own, I’d love to channel my experience into helping my neighbors while supplementing my income. Caring for your pets lets me share the love I have for animals, even if I can’t have one myself! I work in freelance so my schedule is pretty random, so it would be nice to have something to add to my free time. I love to be outside and go on long walks, so I would imagine pet owners that are busy at work may need something like this. I also have experience with older dogs, so if a long walk isn't in the cards, I'm happy to provide care and attention to any senior pups. I prioritize each pet’s comfort and routine, whether in my client’s home or during walks and visits. I follow all care instructions closely, ensuring they get the right food, exercise, and attention they need. For dogs, that means plenty of walks, playtime, and companionship. For cats, I provide gentle care, enrichment, and a stress-free environment. My goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and happy while their owners are away.

About: Was trained by the Southern Oregon Human Society; in a program to take at risk dogs and turn them around into adoptable trained best friends. I love dogs and have grown up with them most my life. I know the proper care and attention they need and sometimes might spoil my own pup a little too much. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve personally cared for dogs, cats, and small animals throughout my life, and my experience extends well beyond pet ownership. About: I moved to the Big Island three months ago and caretake 7 acres with my fiancée Kindra. It’s been awhile since I’ve used Rover, but with my new free time and love of animals, I decided to get back on. My experience: since the day I was born I have lived with animals. My mother, being a veterinary technician with 20+ years of experience, always encouraged me to volunteer at the animal shelter by walking and feeding the dogs, cleaning their teeth and dishes, playing outside with them, and providing love and compassion. I love being outdoors and going to the beaches or local parks for walks and running, but also enjoy curling up on the couch and watching a movie with a fur baby to relax after a long day. A quick phone call to my mother allows me to ask any question about your dog or cat’s specific breed in order to better care for them. However, in an emergency situation, I am well equipped with the knowledge and confidence to conduct any first aid. My farm work schedule is very flexible and I have my own vehicle to get around at all hours of the day and night. As much advanced notice as possible is appreciated. Whatever is needed or requested, consider it done. I take the fur babies safety and comfort very seriously, both physically and emotionally. I treat every animal as if they were my own.

About: I have had numerous pets from the time I was a child into adulthood. I also have experience working in a wildlife veterinary hospital and small animal clinic which provided me knowledge on proper care should anything happen to your pet.
