About: I have always grown up with dogs who we train as puppies. Because of this, I have become known in my community as a pet person. This has allowed me to get multiple jobs from family and friends in the area. Now as I am on the road to starting my teaching career and newly married, I am looking for ways to fill my breaks. I can't wait to meet your pets! I am looking to take care of pets during the summer and school breaks due to my teaching schedule. Because I would be free of work, I would be very flexible in how I can spend time with pets during these times. When visiting another home, I love to play and love on the animals inside. With their parents gone, it's important that they feel entertained. I make sure to not only just feed and take them out, but to make sure they feel comforted and in good company.

About: My most recent experience includes caring for the sick & elderly. I have had furry best friends all my life and could not live without them! located in Chatsworth, GA ********I can NOT handle medium & large dogs that pull on the leash!!!**********I'm sorry. My health insurance isn't that good. I have tons of free time and would love to help you care for your best friend. I love to meet new dogs!! It makes me happy! I have a fenced play area and two very sweet & social fur babies to keep them company. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I have plenty of experience with handling and caring for animals as I have 3 dogs, 8 cats, 4 turtles, 4 frogs, and 2 lizards. I grew up with animals and have volunteered at animal shelters and worked at an animal care hospital as a kennel tech. I'd love to open my care to other people's pets as it's something I'm pretty comfortable and trained in doing. I've had pets my entire life and have a pretty strong passion about animals and can care for any range of breeds or size without issue. I'm very flexible with scheduling and timing as I have a lot of free time and can do pretty much any timing required even most last minutes if needed. Im open to all the services for pet care on here and really do make it my priority for who's pet I'm caring for. I do have a baby that i need to take with me most places but i can babywear him or figure out something that works if comforable! I recently left my full time job job to have more time for my hobbies and side jobs that i much prefer. I can be home all day if need be, and when boarding I do keep my pets separate in the lower portion of the house unless I'm supervising so all pets feel secure and comfortable. I have a fenced yard and a deck that leads out from the living room. I ask that requests be for non destructive dogs as i did board two unbehaved dogs last year that tore into furniture, so please no requests if the pet has a history of being destructive! I let your pet warm up to my home first and make sure to follow the specific care needed per each pet according to the owner's directions.

About: I have alot of experience caring for dogs and have always loved being around animals. Friends, neighbors, and family trust me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s needs and personality. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just relaxing and getting cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re gone. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting on most weekdays. I make sure pets get the exercise, playtime, and care they need while keeping their normal routines as consistent as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and any special care.

About: i’ve taken care of 2 dogs since i was 12, from puppies that came from them to until they were ready to be adopted, I know how to potty train and administer medicine if needed, and i just love playing with them i’m currently working part time on the weekends so my availability will be mostly weekdays, im also a student at dalton state college but it shouldn’t affect my availability. I care for pets by following the owner’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, get walks or playtime, and receive any medications as instructed. I prioritize safety, keep the home secure, and provide regular updates so owners feel confident their pet is in good hands.

About: Thank you for your interest! I have had all types of pets, and still do, my whole life. I love being around dogs and cats and they seem to enjoy me too! I love all sizes and breeds of dogs. Currently I’m at home raising my 3 kids. While they’re at school I have time to enjoy being around other people’s pets. I also really enjoy working with pets in different areas such as basic commands and simple tricks. I consider myself a very trustworthy and honest person. I have been an animal lover as long as I could remember and have a great relationship with them. I would love to have the opportunity to get to know and take care of your dog or cat. I’ve been a stay at home mom the last 15 years. Kids are all grown and I have plenty of time to spend with your pet or pets. I have a fenced in property with a couple dogs of my own to play with your pets if you like. Also have dogs friendly house and crate if needed.

About: I’ve not only trained my dogs in the past myself but I have also cared for older pets as well. I’m new to rover but I’ve cared for many pets in the past. I work Monday through Friday but I’m off on weekends. I’m able to watch your fur babies while your away on vacations and long trips. I can come stay with your pets while your out of town or just pop in for some quick care however many trips a day. And I’m always happy to take the fur babies on a walk.

About: I will play, walk or sit with your pets. Whatever their needs are, I will be happy to assist. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend(s). Lots of free time on my hands, so that means lots of time for your fur babies. Just wanna snuggle! Plenty of time for play, walks or just being present. I will comply with whatever instructions given. I gave two oarhe dogs and I know what it means to ensure they are looked after. If you tell me they have to be on leash, they’ll be in leash. If you say play with them in the yard for 30 mins, thats what we’ll do. I will treat them just like you do!!

About: Animal Shelter Enrichment Volunteer, Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. Farm animals too! Chickens, ducks, and goats! She was a camp counselor for 3 summers and also conducted a work exchange at a homestead farm for 1 summer. She successfully worked for Trusted Housesitters but has switched to Rover for more local opportunities. I work remotely part-time and have a flexible schedule that can meet all of your pet's individual needs. 24/7 care and attention for your animal! I understand your home is your sanctuary, and I aim to leave it as if I was never there. All poops are bagged up and properly disposed of immediately. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. I send pictures of your pets happy and healthy during every visit.

About: I’m the type of person that will bring home random animals just so they have a home and someone to care for them. All my animals are rescues bc I really love animals more than people. I’m extremely flexible and I work for myself. My availability is good. I’m willing to travel to help you with your fur babies. I have such a big heart for them. I will take very good care of your animals. I’m very reliable and trust worthy. Your precious fur baby definitely will be in great hands. I look forward to meeting them.

About: Worked at humane Society for 2 yrs.Also worked at dog grooming for 6 months. Great at bathing dogs, and nail trimming, blow dry and brush Looking to start my own doggy daycare and bathing so open to caring for your family pet anytime. So no matter the time you can schedule I don’t like to create so they have free roam of my place. I do have two dogs but I created a wall so place is set more like duplex so they will not interact.

About: I’ve lived with cats and dogs my whole life. Friends and family rely on me to take care of their pets when they are out of town. I’m currently working part-time from 4am-8am and I have plenty of free time to give your pet the love that they deserve when you are at work or on vacation. From my house to your house your pet will be loved and taken care of. I love hikes or just seating at home and petting your loved one.

About: I am such an animal lover, and I like to think they love me too;) I have owned dogs my whole life and recently adopted a cat, Willow! I’m excited to meet and care for your pets:) I am a student at MTSU currently home for the summer, and I’m working part time at the moment. This means that I am available often! I am very attentive of my animals (currently one dog and one cat). I feed them on a consistent schedule and let the dog out every two-three hours. I also provide them with lots of attention, whether they would prefer to be in my skin (my dog) or relax in the same area without touch (my cat). I can be very adaptive to any animals’ needs!

I currently have a very flexible schedule and can do drop in visits easily throughout the day as needed or in home care for your pet. I have a bottom floor condo with an unfenced yard. I take my own dog out leashed throughout the day. There’s a bigger yard area for your pet to exercise while leashed, plenty of woods to sniff along, and lots of fun routes for walks throughout the neighborhood.
