Luzvin's family was actively involved in caring for the dogs, and it was clear they all genuinely loved animals. With no other clients at the time, we didn’t have to worry about our dogs being around other animals, which was important since one of our dogs can be a bit unpredictable with others. One of the highlights of our experience was how communicative Luzvin was throughout the week. She sent us tons of pictures, videos, and updates every single day, which made us feel so connected to our dogs even though we were far away.
