“Karen was great! She house sat for us for 10 days while we were on vacation. During that time she took daily pictures and provided us with many updates. We really appreciated her checking in with us with any questions and making sure certain treats were ok for our doggo with a sensitive stomach. We will be using her again in the future!”

“Kelly is amazing! She stayed with our pup (who is recovering from surgery) while we went on vacation, and gave her the best care and more! She is very communicative and shared great photos while we were away. I would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone, especially if you have a “needy” dog or if you’re a worry-wart dog mom like me :)”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 4 when I got my first dog. I currently have two cats and would love a dog but my schedule won't provide me enough time to take proper care of one. I am great with training puppies and giving medications. I’m currently a Preschool Intervention Specialist and have my own special education preschool classroom through Lima City Schools. I currently teach August-May. My availability mainly opens up during the summer but love to help out during the school year around my teaching contract. I look forward to working with you! I am currently off for the summer so I can attend to pet care as much or as little as you need. During the school year as long as your schedule works around my teaching contract, I will be able to help you out as much as I can! I have plenty of experience with small, medium, and big dogs. I would prefer to come to you but in the need to have your pet at my house, I am able to crate dogs as needed at my home as my house has an extra room. Plus my cats are very friendly or just stay to themselves so your animals will be in great care.
About: Hey Pet Parents! My name is Juliana and I hold a lot of significant experience in caring for pets! First off, I am a full time student at Ohio Northern University where I currently am apart of the Polar Paws program as a Secondary Trainer. This program allows college students to care for and train future service dogs. As a secondary trainer, I would work with various dogs on campus by training and sitting them while their primary caretaker is busy. Prior to university, I volunteered at the Van Wert County Humane Society where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and all breeds. This consisted of walking the dogs, cleaning cages, cleaning litter boxes, playing with the animals, etc. Currently I am available anytime during the day and anytime of the week, until I update my availability when I need to go back to campus. I care for pets as if they are children. They need attention, respect, and when being babysat, a good time! That being said, in my own home they have access to their own food, water, play area, and have set potty breaks. In a clients home, the same will apply. Any alternative toys, medications, and food can be used most definitely if requested by client. Always a clean and tidy environment before and after.

About: I worked for an AKC dog handler since 2011. 10 years grooming and training all sizes. From a Pomeranian to a giant Schnauzer. I have 1 dog and 5 cats. I am a very active person. I have had animals since I was little. To me they are a stress reliever. I can bathe and dry and trim nails and remove lose hair. I try to find things to do or in nature with my animals as much as possible. I'm 46 and my dog is 8. I am offering boarding and day care. I wake up at 7am for the day. Feed at 11am and let dog out as much as every 2-3 hours. I also will do a 30 minute leash walk down the road. Feeding playing with and making sure they are comfy before I leave. I also will text if I have a question about something I don’t know about their pet The picture on my profile is the spot where they’ll be boarded at during night and if your dog and mine don’t mix well your dog will be just have that whole room to himself with baby gates. I spend my day in front room which is only 3 steps away from that room.
About: I don't remember a time in my life when I wasn't surrounded with pets and animals. I grew up with three cats and a dog, had a few gerbals and hermit crabs, helped raise pythons, and get to enjoy dog kisses and and snuggles whenever I want from relative's pets. My grandparents live on a farm and love to help any of creatures us grandkids find. Animals are my passion! As a young entrepreneur trying to take my life and schedule into my own hands, Rover is the perfect way for pet owners to get thorough, compassionate care for their loved fur babies as well as help me attain more clients and doggo kisses for my already established pet sitting services. Looking forward to meeting and working with you!
