About: Animals have been my passion since I was young. I have volunteered at animal shelters along with rescuing my own dogs and cats from shelters and from the street. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am looking to possibly make this a career. I love to be outside and I am very organized and good at multitasking. I love walking and playing or even running with dog too. Currently I work part time at a hair salon and I have two school age children. I am open to hang out with any size dog. About: I grew up with a dog in my household and I have some additional experience with dogs as I have more recently helped my friends to take care of their puppies. She personally shared that this rating wasn’t about the quality of care I provided just that she wished the yard was fenced in, which I understand. (Although, an unfenced yard is listed on my profile details.) I always supervise outdoor time carefully and keep dogs leashed or on leads to keep them safe and happy. If a fenced yard is a must for your pup, I completely understand and encourage you to find the best fit. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. I grew up with cats and because we were never allowed to have a dog, I would take care of dogs in the neighborhood. I would dog sit, walk them constantly, and would even bathe them. When I was little, I wanted to be a veterinarian. However the thought of having to put an animal to sleep, kept me from fulfilling that lifelong dream. With a Golden Retriever of my own, who I adore and older Shih Tzu and a cat my life is full. Looking forward to adding more fluffy friends to my life, and maybe even adding some excitement to my dogs life by adding new friends. I currently work full-time, but the majority of my days at work are spent working from home, so my schedule is flexible. The more dogs the merrier ! I will do whatever is necessary to provide the best care when someone else’s baby is in my care. I know what I would want for my dog, so I would treat each animal that is in my care the same way I would treat my own dog with lots of love, treats, walks and playtime!

“Crystal cared for our cat and our two fish tanks while we were away for ten days. Our cat cannot eat dry food and is on medication. This extremely shy kitty required two visits per day. Crystal's kindly patience earned our cat's trust so that she ate, took her meds, and was in fine form when we returned. The fish tanks are large, and one is salt water. The fish were well cared for, too. Our porch flowers were blooming and our house was in perfect order when we got home. Crystal sent photos and updates after every visit. I never had to worry. Crystal is an excellent, trustworthy caregiver!”

About: I’ve had a cat and a dog attached to my hip since I was born. I’ve always had a passion for learning anything I could about how to best take care of them. After all, they were my best friends. I have devoted the past six years working in dog kennels/doggy daycare. I spent that time observing and learning everything that the dogs had to teach. I have learned that there are some dogs who seem to be made for large doggy daycare facilities. But there are plenty of dogs who, for one reason or another, aren’t a good fit. With my carefully structured playtime visits, those dogs can still enjoy the benefits of a daycare, only at home! I travel with a collection of plushie toys and puzzles to keep your buddy not only entertained, but engaged. By testing a variety of toys, we can figure out your doggo's personal preference. Finding out their favorite way to play will help us figure out the best way to curb unwanted behavior. My specialty is puppies! We all love puppies, but we don’t always know what puppies have in store for us until we get them home. If you have a puppy, chances are you have felt overwhelmed, very overwhelmed, or extremely super overwhelmed. That’s okay, I can help! We will start by discussing any current unwanted/destructive behavior. There are often multiple methods for correcting a dog’s behavior, we can decide which method will work best for your family. Then we can formulate a solid routine to help everyone at home learn how your puppy learns. One of the most crucial components of dog training is repetition. Puppies need consistent repetition, which can drive you crazy if you’re doing it alone. I can help by instilling those routines during the day. When you come home, you will be reminding your doggo of what they learned that day. This will help to eliminate the frantic behavior that causes learning to be challenging for your doggo. I am available 7am-5pm from Monday to Friday. For best results with problematic doggos, I recommend starting with a schedule of multiple play visits per week. This will give us time to asses problems, create solutions, and work out any kinks. As you see your doggo's progression, schedules can be reevaluated to fit your family's individual needs If you're looking for an alternative to daycare, even if it's just once in a while, for a more personalized experience, I offer enrichment actives that can be enjoyed in a more fulfilling way because it's in the comfort of your home. When you take your dog to a daycare, you must submit to their rules. But when I come to your house, YOU make the rules! You will never hear me say phrases like "It's not a big deal" or "it doesn't really make a difference." If you have particular instructions, they will never be disregarded due to lack of time or staff. You will always be kept up to date with my arrival and departure times. Every visit will be followed up with a detailed description (plus adorable photos) of all the fun we had!
