“Rowan was very good with Gypsy. She can take a little while to get used to new people- he was very good with her. He sent pictures and let us know how she was doing all week. She got a lot of play time and was having fun the whole time. We'll definitely be booking with him again!”

“We absolutely LOVED Jason, and so did our dogs! I was honestly so sad that we needed to leave our new puppy with someone because dogs weren’t allowed at our Airbnb — but Jason and his family were THE BEST. Communication was outstanding, and we received videos every single day, which gave us so much peace of mind. Brock and Zoe loved their time there! They had lots of toys to play with and were clearly happy and well cared for. We also loved that we were able to drop them off and pick them up daily, so we could still see them while on vacation. As if that wasn’t enough, they sent us home with the sweetest card that included photos that turn into stickers — such a thoughtful touch and perfect for our Branson scrapbook. Their location was super easy and convenient, right by Branson Landing, which made it perfect for pup-friendly shopping and nature walks. We will FOR SURE be booking with them again. Highly, highly recommend!”

“This is the first time I have used Rover, with absolutely no complaints. Todd was excellent with Luna, and I feel she was well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to board Luna with Todd again.”

“Lily had a great time! Sarah is very attentive to her pet clients. Plenty of communication and pictures. This is the first time Lily has been at a sitter, so we were worried, but Lily took immediately to Sarah. If we are back in Branson and need a sitter, we would contact her. 5 stars well deserved!”

“Tovah did an awesome job with our two little dogs Lizzy and Ruby. Excellent communication and follow through. She sent pictures during their stay and gave is updates and a full rundown upon our return. We will definitely use her again and would recommend her to others!”
“Steve is gentleman, very kind and was really great in all respects. He proactively reached out before our meetup for any specific needs and to offer to meet me for a more convenient drop off. Our dog is a really sweet but busy guy and he requires an activity or can get squirrelly. He was so calm when I picked him up and clearly was exercised well the entire visit with Steve.”

“Bobby and Sandra kept my mind at ease for the complete time they had my dog. They treated him as there own and provided him with an excellent stay. I never imagined I could feel as comfortable leaving my dog with someone but they exceeded all my expectations. They are wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a pet sitter.”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
