“Shatera was AMAZING with my pup, Tucker! She house say for us while we went on vacation. She offered to do a merry and greet at our house before the stay to meet him and see the house. This was super helpful as our dog is very dog selective and it was the first time we had left him with someone he didn’t know. I was so incredibly nervous prior to meeting her as Tucker can be a lot to handle, especially for a stranger. But as soon as we met her, we knew we were leaving him in good hands! She sent pictures and videos of their adventures and gave updates throughout the stay. She was very communicative and followed directions thoroughly. The best part? Tucker loved her and her family! I highly recommend Shatera for anyone nervous about using a sitter service. She was incredible throughout the entire process! Happy to say we’ve found our dog sitter for Tuck ?”

About: No pets too big or too small! I’ve had a variety of pets my entire life and am familiar with all aspects of care, including medical care. I have experience with small animals, reptiles, birds. Dogs, cats, etc! I volunteered at a cat rescue for two years and currently have my own golden retriever and two of my own kitties. I will not only make sure your pets are well taken care of, but also played with, enriched, and loved! I’m also a skilled amateur pet photographer and will definitely send you some of the best angles. I am a full time professional and work 7am until 3pm on weekdays. I am available before and after work or anytime on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard, so I can only accept full stay care in your home. We are constantly taking our dog for walks, hikes, to the dog park, and playing with her and I would love to care for your dog in the same manner!

“This was our first time using Rover, and Cole put us right at ease right from the start. He came for a meet and greet before us officially booking, which was great so we could all meet ahead of time to see if it was a good fit. We felt really comfortable with him, so we decided to move forward with house sitting the pups for the weekend. Cole stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process, even sending us pics, which I loved :). He played ball with them, their favorite past time, and fit right into their daily schedule, even letting them hop on the bed with him at night like they do with us. He also kept the house neat, which I felt was an added bonus. Our goal is to form a long-term relationship with someone, and we feel that Cole is just that person. Thanks for taking such good care of our fur babies! :)”

“I have known Alicea for 2 years. Her love of animals is very obvious. Alicea has stayed at our residence to care for our 2 large dogs for a week at a time while we were on a family vacation. One of the dogs was an elderly yellow labrador in her final year of life. Her name was Molly. She needed quite a bit of assistance with ambulation. Alicea showed such kindness and compassion to her. I felt so comfortable going away knowing that Alicea would pay such close attention to all of Molly's needs. More recently we have a new golden retriever puppy named Lilac. Alicea is really good with working with this puppy teaching her new tricks. Alicea also cares for our 6 year old dog Lila (German Shephard/Golden Retriever). Lila is so happy to see Alicea. Alicea enjoys taking Lila to the dog park and playing with her. I know Alicea is a dog owner and takes very good care of her own dog. Alicea is a responsible and caring individual. I would highly recommend her.”

About: Pets have been such a major part of my life. I grew up with dogs and cats all my life and love spending time with all animals. I enjoy taking the dogs for walk and enjoying the fresh air. Loving and caring for animals is a part of my life and something i enjoy doing. I care for animals as if they were my own and will do what is needed to make sure you pets are taken great care of. I want to make sure i meet all of your expectations and make sure you and your pets are happy. I strive to build bonds with the animals and understand the pets as best as i can. I can’t wait to meet your pets and spend time with them. I currently am a full time assistant manager in Rehoboth beach, but i can always make time to walk or play with any pet I’m watching. I live in an apartment building, so i don’t have any fenced in areas but there is plenty of room too pls and walk. There are also dog friendly parks in the area

About: I currently have 6 dogs and 6 cats of my own & have had animals for as long as I can remember. I have been dogsitting for a long while for close friends and wanted to share my love for animals with you lovely folks by helping take care of your babies for you when needed and loving them like my own. Nothing brings me joy like these furry friends and am willing to take responsible care so you can enjoy time away. I currently work at a café which thankfully is very flexible with me. My normal work week is 3-4 days a week and my hours are during the day time and last anywhere from 7 or 8 am - 1 or 3 pm. I am very willing to do whatever you need in order to take care of your animal (s) and make it so they have everything it needs. I will stay at your house if need be, walk, play, feed and make sure your fur baby is having a great time. Whatever you need, I can do!

“Rachel did an absolutely phenomenal job caring for our three dogs and house sitting for us while we were on vacation. She and her partner stayed, and our dogs are obsessed with them both! They sent us many pictures throughout our trip which gave us so much peace of mind. I think at least one of our pups would have been happy to go home with her! They followed all of the instructions we left, including medication administration for our elderly dog. I’ve never felt more at ease being away from home, and I will definitely be using her services again in the future. It has always been a struggle for my partner and I to find quality care for our dogs, and this has made us nervous to travel in the past. Now, we’ll definitely have more freedom to do so knowing that Rachel would be available to take such good care of our babies! They also left our house just as clean as when they arrived (and maybe even cleaner!) and went above and beyond by scooping poop in the yard which was not expected.”
