“I booked for 3 days and had to extend for one more day in the last minute. She immediately accepted the request and showed a lot understanding. She is very flexible with the pick up and drop of time. She made it as comfortable as possible for us and for both dogs we left with her. As in the past days she kept updating us with pictures and what they have been doing during the day. I’m happy I chose Katie and recommend her!!”

I booked Tammy over a month in advance and intended to pay much closer to the trip. That was agreed on with Tammy. I was dismayed by persistent demands to pay the full amount before I had it available. In fact, Rover canceled my reservation and Tammy had to reorder it. If client and sitter agree to a payment arrangement that is paid before the date of service, Rover needs to back off constant payment demands. I found it confusing and annoying. However, I cannot speak highly enough about Tammy's friendliness and professionalism.”
