After the first day we could tell that Bernie was well taken care of and happy while there. We received multiple pictures daily of Bernie doing things he only does when he is relaxed (cuddling, belly rubs, passing out on the couch). Bernie cuddled witwh her teenage kids. Shona was very communicative and immediately responsive. We immediately booked her for our next vacation. We highly recommend Shona and will use her in the future for all of our boarding needs.”
