“I usually send my dog to daycare to a different person and he goes there every Tuesday through Wednesday, sometimes Saturday if he needs extra energy out by running in the large backyard. But the regular daycare lady had to go on a trip to her family in Hawaii and I had no where to send my dog to. I couldn't let him stay at home for 8 hours while my husband and I work. I looked through rover and found Monica. My dog seem to have fun, had 3 walks with her. It is completely embedded into my daily & weekly routines, as this is my full-time profession Care is individualized based on each dog’s need. About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

About: I’ve worked with so many animals, I’ve trained all 5 of my dogs. Worked with senior dogs and help grow and understanding with dogs in a way most people don’t know how. I am always available, all animals are my top priority. I will plan out my day accordingly to make sure their needs are fully met and they get the love they deserve when they are away from their owners. I take care of pets in my clients home, so they feel safe and comfortable. They are familiar with their surroundings. I work on there time but i stop by every hour or so to make sure things are okay.

About: I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I’ve had dogs, cats, and other pets my entire life. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking for over 15 years. I am comfortable with feeding, walking, bathing, and of course cuddling your fur members of the family. If there are other tasks you need done around the house when I’m pet sitting, don’t hesitate to ask, chances are I am more then happy to do it. I am off Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On Fridays I am off at 2:30 and can accept clients after 3:00. I am available for last minute visits. My husband and I work opposite schedules so someone is always around. PLEASE READ! For boarding at my house I typically like to meet the dogs prior to accepting booking. I have two dogs of my own, a large mix breed ( male) and a medium mix breed ( girl). My dogs have always been around other dogs. During your pets stay at my house they will have access to a fully fenced in yard, free range of house and endless love ! I do request your pets to have flea and tick prevention and be up to date with vaccines. My propety is surrounded by woods and wildlife so I like to be cautious. I feed the dogs I’m boarding in a separate room, and have ample toys for different stimulation. I can send daily updates and pictures. My house also has cameras inside and out to watch when I step out.

About: I’ve had a few years experience taking care of family and friends pets, both cats and dogs. I have flexible availability and happy to help out with any last minute needs. I have volunteered at a local SPCA where I helped walk the dogs and take them out into the community. I also spent time bonding with the cats in the shelter to ensure they had time out of the crates. I have two cats and a dog and have cared for animals of all sizes. As a pet mom who has pets with special needs, I am happy to accommodate with dietary restrictions, etc. My pets are my family and I’ll treat yours just as such! ☺️ I have open flexibility with scheduling with my current job and open to doggie/cat stay overs, quick check ins, etc. I am open to same day availability I have a yard with a track outside the home so doggies can get their long walks in. I always keep them leashed to ensure safety of all animals as this is a rural area with lots of wildlife. Regarding cats, I check the litter multiple times a day to keep it clean and help the cats use it on a regular basis. Food and water is also checked throughout the day for our free eaters. I can accommodate all needs when communicated!

About: My family has always had dogs and I had my first dog when I was 9yrs old. I’ve always felt a special connection with dogs and love to have them around and care for them. They bring so much joy, and are great company and entertainment. The 4 dogs I’ve had since I was a child have been of different breeds and sizes. My first dog was a medium sized rescued dog and we are unsure of his breed. The second one was a large Italian Mastiff, and I now have two small Cavapoos (Rocky and Lego) that are a wonderful addition to my family. Whenever we have family gatherings I always welcome family and friends with their pets and Rocky and Lego love having other furry friends over. I have the time and space to care for other dogs while their family travels, work or runs errands and know that their dogs are well taken care of in a loving home. I have cared for family and friends dogs many times before and I enjoy having them. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am pretty available during the week and some weekends, and if requested ahead of time, I can make arrangements to be available for long term stay if needed. I have a partially fenced yard, but would walk your dog leashed at all times to ensure his/her safety. I have a crate that can be used for your dog during the day or at night if that’s what your dog is used to and would make him/her feel safe. My two dogs are very friendly and playful and would make your dog feel right at home. I allow my dogs on furniture and would allow yours as well if that is part of your dynamic at home as well. I also have a deck where they can play outside, run around and get some sun. I have a field right in front of my home where we go for daily walks. I am also open for a phone call, FaceTime or an in person visit to meet me and my dogs before hand.

About: We have had a golden retriever, 2 racing greyhounds and a Jack Russell Beagle mix as part of our family throught the years. We've always had a cat or two. All our fur babies have been rescues and are well cared for, happy members of our family. We recently lost our wonderful dog, Kassey. We miss her and want to share our home and heart with dogs who need care for a time. I work from home for a national health company . Pre pandemic I worked as a Paraprofessional with special needs children and for the US Census, so I have passed many State and National background checks.
