About: Hi! I’m Alizée, a stay-at-home mom in St. Peters offering loving, personalized in-home dog care in a calm and safe family setting. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home most of the day, which means your dog will receive plenty of attention, companionship, supervised playtime, and regular potty breaks—no long hours alone. At the very maximum and on special occasions, I may be gone a maximum of 2h a day. I share my home with two sweet senior female Chihuahuas, so caring for dogs is already part of my daily life. Their gentle presence helps create a calm, dog-friendly environment, and I’m very attentive to comfort, routines, and each dog’s individual needs. I also bring a healthcare background to my pet care: I worked for 6 years as a nursing assistant and phlebotomist, which means I’m comfortable and experienced with special care needs, including oral medications, injections/shots, and close monitoring for senior or medically sensitive pets. I’m happy to care for small to medium dogs, including puppies who aren't fully potty trained yet, adults, and seniors, and I always recommend a meet-and-greet before the first stay to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone. Make sure your puppy is comfortable with other small dogs, and children. I’d love to welcome your pup into our home! Feel free to ask me any questions, I love what I do and I want my clients to know their puppy will be safe and properly cared for at my house. I am a stay at home mom, so I am available all day to care for your fur baby. Rarely away more than 2h at the time, your pup will have all the attention and playtime he needs. Our family wakes up early the morning, before 6.30am so if your puppy sleeps in a kennel, he will be out of it at sunrise. If the weather permits, we go for daily walks at the park and/or in the neighborhood. I adapt my days to your animal. So if your puppy needs more or less walk, more or less yard play, or any specific care, this is not a problem. My clients usually come with their feeding instructions and a feeding schedule for their puppy, and I will be applying all the rules they see fit for their animal. I like to keep your animal on the same routine as at your house to allow less stress on them. I have a fenced yard, two elderly female chihuahuas and a child at home. Dogs are never left unattended in the yard, I am always with them. I can easily crate your puppy if needed and I am familiar with the app FI that some of my clients already use. As a healthcare professional for several years, I am comfortable caring for older or sick animals. I provide daily pictures and videos to ease your stress while you are away. We do not use any chemicals in our yard and a very limited amount inside the house. Most of our space is cleaned using steam water. We also allow our own pets on the furnitures and your pup will receive the same privilege if this is in accordance with your own rules. We practice separate feeding time/station and separate sleeping area from our own dogs. Our house is equipped with cameras, inside and outside, allowing me to always have an eye on our animal if needed. During walks I do not allow contact with other dogs, and we stay on paved trails (no wooden areas or swamps) or neighborhood sidewalks. Unless it is an emergency, I do not take the liberty to transport my client's dog in the car. *exception will be made if you ask me to do so*

With years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds, I know every animal deserves personalized attention and love. Because I do have epilepsy, I provide pet care at my home, where your furry, feathered, or scaled friend will be safe, happy, and treated like family while you’re away. Although I do only take 1 CLIENT at a time, if your house has more than 1 animal, I ABSOLUTELY allow all animals from the same household at the same time! I do work from home which allows me full attention to be able to play, feed, let outside, and anything else that your pet may need, want or require! I have a fully fenced in backyard which allows for lots of outside zoomies, and also a couple balls for some outside fun! About: My dogs are like my children, and I treat other peoples' dogs the same way. I have had dogs growing up and currently have two. Two of our seniors have recently crossed over the rainbow bridge and we miss them dearly. In addition to clients through Rover, I have done dog-sitting for friends and neighbors with great success. I make sure dogs in my care have plenty of companionship and exercise. I believe in rewarding dogs for good behavior rather than punishing them for doing something wrong. I do work full time as a teacher but can am home in summers, and my husband works from home most days. For boarding, we have a dog door and a fenced in yard, so your pet can roam freely if you choose. We would just need to make sure our dogs all get along! I adore dogs and will shower yours with attention. Dogs in my care get very spoiled with lots of love! I’m a teacher, so I have more time in the summer but do have evening and weekend availability during the school year. If you choose to board, your pet will have 24/7 access to the yard through our dog door! My husband works from home most days with the exception of Wednesdays, so there is almost always someone home with your pet unless we are gone for activities with our kids. I have a fenced in yard, a dog door, and a friendly dog. If your dog is used to having free reign of the house when you’re gone, that will be the case at our house as well, and they will have access to the yard through the dog door. The door does have the ability to lock if escaping the yard is a concern. If your dog doesn’t learn the dog door, we will ensure they are able to get outside plenty. We will also respect any requests to crate during the day or at night.
