About: I love animals, especially dogs! Caring for dogs has been a big part of my life for many decades. I'm very cheerful and engaging with pets and enjoy caring for them. If I have the opportunity to care for your precious loved one, they will look forward to spending time with me again. I have a 12 lb spayed female Chihuahua named Porkchop that is always by my side. She is shy at first but very playful once she warms up - Porkchop gets along great with other dogs. I own a house on a 1/3 acre lot with fenced back yard that backs up to a park with walking trails. I also live within 10 minutes of many parks in SW Charlotte including McDowell Nature Preserve, in case your dog likes car rides and nature hiking. I look forward to caring for your dog and being a trusted friend to your loved one while you are away. Dogs with special needs are welcome and will be very well cared for. I’m retired from the corporate world and available full time to care for your pets. I will be there with your dog around the clock sans any errands that need to be run. I will be there with your pet full time to provide meals & potty breaks as scheduled/necessary and keep your pet company. Daily walks are also provided upon request.

“Ativa was really kind to get me scheduled on VERY short notice. My puppy (who is usually shy) seemed to like her and got along well with her puppy. She was also kind enough to send me a photo of my sleepy puppy when I asked how he was doing midday. I’ll definitely keep her on my list of sitters to rebook. Thank you!”

About: My name is Shannon and working with dogs is my passion! I’m a trainer and have two dogs (German Shepherd and German Shorthaired Pointer). I do require that all my boarding dogs are crate trained for their protection as well as up to date on all regular vaccinations. As I work from home, I’m normally not gone from the house for more than an hour or so at a time on a normal day. We do require dogs to be crate trained as they are crated overnight and when not supervised. I do keep client dogs mostly separate from other dogs until I get a feel for their play style and needs before they interact with other dogs (including my own personal dogs who are very dog friendly). I work from home so we are always home to care for an additional resident! We also have a young toddler who loves having dogs around the house to watch. Our regulars are already her favorites! Someone is always around to make sure the pups are cared for while they stay with us. Your pet’s wellbeing comes first and we will always make decisions in their best interest while communicating with you daily of any occurrences! We send photos on each drop-in and one photo per day during boarding. While we are available for you, we aren’t overly attached to our work phones - so don’t worry if we don’t respond throughout the day to multiple messages… our time is spent chasing the dogs and the toddler around!
About: Hi there! I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog with someone new, which is why I treat every pup like my own. I provide full time, round the clock care, playtime in a secure fenced yard, and a calm, loving home where your dog can feel safe, relaxed, and happy. Prior to this, I spent years managing people and daily operations in my professional career, and I bring that same dependability, structure, and consistency into pet care. I pay close attention to each dog’s unique needs, whether it’s medication, special diets, or just extra affection. I’m home all day, every day, and I keep owners updated with photos, videos, and honest communication so you always know how your best friend is doing. My goal is simple: you leave worry free, and your dog leaves tail wagging and excited to come back. Pet care is at the center of my daily routine. I do this full-time, so I’m home throughout the day to give dogs my full attention. My mornings start with walks in the neighborhood, feeding, and playtime. Throughout the day, I keep dogs active, comfortable, and supervised, with plenty of breaks, affection, and quiet time. In my home, dogs enjoy a safe and comfortable space where they get plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. I tailor care to each pet’s needs and personality, creating a calm, positive environment that helps them settle in and feel loved while their owners are away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wonderful! I reached out to Lizbeth last minute for dog daycare and she responded fairly quickly. Even through messages, she was very personable, and I could tell she had good energy right away. I really appreciated her professionalism, how she confirmed everything with me the day of, and how receptive she was to listening to my concerns about my anxious dog. She reassured me that she would prioritize safety and making my dog feel comfortable in her home. She also committed to doing a slow introduction with her dogs, so my dog wouldn’t get overstimulated, and that meant a lot to me. Her approach made me feel much more at ease. When I arrived, her dogs were already crated, which allowed my dog the time and space to settle in and relax! She also sent some really nice photo and video updates. When I picked my dog up, I had never seen her so calm and neutral in a new place! Usually she is pulling and ready to leave, but this time she truly seemed to have enjoyed her stay. Lizbeth has a very serene calming energy, and I felt that in her home as well. I knew my dog was in good hands the entire time. I am very grateful for her responsiveness, professionalism, and for taking such amazing care of my dog for a few hours. I would absolutely book with her again.
