Cat Sitting in Hannawa Falls

About: I’ve been petsitting for family and friends for two decades now, and would love the opportunity to help you out as well! I love all pets big and small, with familiarity with dogs, cats, lizards, rodents, and birds! Bonus! I’m a teacher as my day job, so you can trust that I’ve been solidly background checked, fingerprinted, etc, ensuring a safe, trustworthy person around your pets on a predictable schedule. I am a full-time teacher from September to June. This means that my summers are wide open, and you can count on a reliable consistent schedule for your pets during the school year. Since I have my own cats at home, I offer pet-sitting at your home on your schedule. This can range from stop ins for potty breaks to walks every few hours to overnight stays - you tell me and I’m there!

“We have been using Cheryl to board our dog Daisy three to four times per year. We have done so for the past two years. We find Cheryl to be a caring, professional dog sitter. Our dog really likes being with Cheryl and her dogs and returns home tired and happy. Cheryl moved to another city recently but we travel to drop our dog off because we have the peace of mind knowing Daisy is temporarily living with someone she loves and someone who loves her as if she was her own. About: I grew up with intelligent dog breeds. When I was little we had Huskies, and German Shepards. Then In high school I got two Australian Shepards within the span of 2 years, and trained them both. I have since adopted an elderly Australian Shepard, so now I have three dogs. I am a winter sports fan, and an avid hiker, I love the outdoors, and like the cold. I have dog friendly transportation. I am currently a volunteer and the Potsdam Humane Society, and I am in training there to handle reactive dogs. I am a full time student at St. Lawrence University. My schedule is typically very consistent, with exception to around holiday times. I am available from 3:00p.m.-5:00p.m. M and W, 10:30a.m.-5:00p.m. T and Th, 1:00p.m. F, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Sat-Sun for dog walking/hiking. I have grown up handling dogs my entire life. I promise to make your dog feel safe and relaxed, to allow them to get their energy out, and to give your dog the ability to get the exercise they desperately need, while you're away at work.
