I had booked boarding with the vet, but I knew my cats would be stressed sitting in a strange environment cooped up in a tiny cage for a week. Emily followed my instructions and sent a picture every day to let me know they were okay. I left treats and a brush and she indulged them in the last minutes of each daily visit. She came around the time she said she would be there each day and kept in contact with any questions and news as to how they were doing. About: I have taken care of all different kinds of dogs from sizes and breeds since I was a kid. Throughout my life I’ve had several dogs all types of different breeds and sizes, from a mastiff to a miniature poodle. So, I have lots experience in dealing with dogs in different ranges with breed,size, and age. I also have experience with cats, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I am working full time currently, I am off on the weekends unless and normally completely free these days. I work during the day most days. I usually work evenings one day out of the week,tuesdays. I am very flexible outside of my time with work! I currently have a dog and 3 cats. With my dog we feed him in the morning and evening, throughout the day I usually play with my dog let him out to go potty, and a couple walks throughout the day to keep them moving. I also feed my cats morning and night and play with them throughout the day and clean their litter box in the evening.

About: I have experiences with different breeds of dogs from Lhasa Apso to Great Danes! I’ve been trusted to watch and feed dogs for my neighbors, family friends, etc. for over 5 years and I’ve never met a dog I didn’t absolutely adore. I’m currently a student at the University of Dayton and am looking to earn some money to pay for my classes. I’m free every weekday after 12 pm, but want something more flexible than set hours as I still have to study for tests, do homework, etc. As I’m staying in University housing, I’m solely doing visits to client’s homes. I am a detail oriented person and will gain the trust of your pet before anything to ensure that they are comfortable with me being around. I will follow any directions given to me and will be transparent with any questions/concerns I may have about your pet.

About: I've had pets my entire life and have always had a deep interest in how to better care for them. Animal health and body language is a passion of mine and I can ensure the health and safety of your pet in your absence because of it. I'm currently looking for work so at the moment I have a lot of free time to take care of your pets. Until I find a job I have almost nothing getting in the way. I can easily take care of feeding, playing, and cleaning up after your animals. I'm very conscious of animals dietary restrictions and any necessary schedules or special routines. About: I have grown up around pets my whole life and have been trusted with family/friends pets for many years. I am very active and love to play and walk with pets as I have had border collies as family dogs. Having had many, I am familiar with dogs of all ages and understand how each pet differs from one another. I am in between jobs currently and, therefore, have a lot of time on my hands. This leaves a lot of space for pet care throughout the week when I am not traveling. I am willing to be at the client’s home as often as requested to care for the pet. About: Hey there! My name is Kendyl. I’m new to Rover, but I’ve had pets my whole life and have been working with dogs professionally for about 6 years! I have experience working with fearful/reactive/aggressive dogs, so I am more than willing to work with any behavioral issues your pet may have. I also have basic dog training experience. I am currently in college as an Animal Health and Behavior major, so I am constantly learning new things about animals and animal care. I have another job that is fairly flexible with my hours, so caring for your pets on Rover is my top priority! I can always work around my schedule to accommodate things you might need. I will let out as often as you’d like. I am always down for cuddle time and love enrichment activities! I can feed special diets and administer oral medications as well. About: Hi! I have worked in an animal shelter as an animal care technician for nearly four years. I have taken care of hundreds (likely thousands) of dogs, from puppies to seniors. I have seen a surplus of different medical and behavioral issues as well. I feel comfortable with these! I know a ton about animals; their care, behavior, handling, and overall wellbeing! I have always loved animals and making sure they have what's best for them. I'm almost complete with my vet assistant certificate, too! I am currently taking some summer classes for school. I can usually work around these, as they do not take up my entire days time. I can easily assess dog behavior to ensure that both the dog and myself are happy and safe. I can crate, walk, handle, and many other things with ease. I have four years of experience working with behaviorally challenged, shy, previously abused, untrusting, high energy, and the “typical” dogs. I have seen it all!

About: I have had variety of pets over the years! I am into getting my walking steps in and walking pets will get me the steps! I try and walk everyday as much as I can and I know pets need their exercise to keep them healthy. I have the summer off to walk more. I would like to meet the pets before I start to enter the house without the home owner present. I am able to make sure they have food and water before I leave. Also I can take sometime and play with your pets while I am there and give them some attention.
