About: I have experience caring for both elderly and young dogs. This has equipped me with a variety of skills such as age-appropriate exercise, nutritional needs, and understanding certain behaviors and how to react. I just recently graduated high-school and need something to fill my time. Playing with your pups seems to be the best thing to fill my day! I’m free majority of the week and only work part-time as a waitress. I have a cat and dog at my house but both a friendly to other animals. If needed the animals can be put in a separate room away from clients pet.

About: I have had dogs all my life and have one of my own now who loves to have friends and visitors come over! I offer walking services, house visits, and boarding in the Salem, VA area. I work full-time, so I am mostly available for weekend boarding, house visits, walks, etc. While your pets are staying with us, they will be treated with the utmost care and will be guaranteed to have an active and safe time in our fenced in backyard. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was small. I get along well with and enjoy being around them. I was even able to teach a blind rescue I took in how to learn our house and surrounding areas, so he could move freely. I have a flexible schedule and work from home and in the field with clients. Because of this, I am able to spend a lot of quality time with your fur babies. I have a fenced play area and two sweet dogs of my own. Lucy my Labradoodle and Bean my chihuahua. I am able to crate your baby if needed, and I also have a play pen for smaller dogs. Please bring their food, treats, and medicine. You are more than welcome to bring their special blanket or bed, but I have plenty of bowls here to share. Regarding drop offs and pick ups, I appreciate if you would limit the timeframe within an hour. Though I often work from home, I am also a graduate student and work out in the field, as well.

About: Aside from having a dog in my family my whole life, I've taken care of many dogs over the years. From my neighbor's golden retriever in high school (who I would sneak over to play with when she was out in the yard) to a few dogs in my neighborhood now, I love to get to know the dogs that I help take care of. I have experience dog walking and pet sitting, both in my home and visiting the dog's home. I'm also happy to provide baths and other special care as needed. As a stay at home dad, I have a flexible schedule and can provide a lot of attention for dogs visiting our home, as well as work in a daily walk if that's part of their normal routine. We have a large fenced yard that your dog can enjoy. We've had a variety of dogs stay with us either with or without crates and we can create separate areas with gates if necessary. If your dog stays with us, I have a flexible schedule to provide a lot of attention and with a family of 5 there's always someone around to play with, pet, or sit with your dog. Our friendly beagle is always happy to have a new friend to play with and he's more than willing to share our daily walks around the neighborhood with another friend.

“Chester came back, happy and tired, which that’s what my goal was. I did think that this was a dog walk for an hour but it seems that it was just him playing out in the yard so definitely not what I thought I had paid for. However, whatever was done did work. So no offense I’m gonna see if I can find somebody who will walk him and see if it has even better results. I will keep you in mind if I need a long-term sitter like for a day or two days or a week. I’m not sure if you do that or not but Might work out for me.”

About: I’ve grown up taking care of family dogs and cats, and now have two 6 year old cats of my own! Additionally, I’ve volunteered at the RVSPCA with the cats weekly for the past two and a half years. I work Tuesdays through Fridays but am available late evenings every night and all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to take care of all your pet needs! About: I haves been around animals all my life. I currently own two cats and two horses. When I was younger, my mother and I fostered countless animals for local shelters specializing in puppy and kitten care. I absolutely adore animals and think they deserve all the love one could possibly give. I have extensive knowledge of animal behavior after working in-depth with at an animal shelter in IN and WV. Almost all of my animals have had to take medication, so I know how to administer pills, oral gels, and flea/tic repellent. I have experience working with all ages of dogs and cats as well as many of the different species ranging from chickens to horses. I would love to meet you and your furry friend :) My job is not a normal 9-5. I have flexibility in mornings, afternoons, and evenings to drop in, do daily chores, and walk/play with your furry friends. I make sure water is clean, food is full, and litter/poop/potty is cleaned up. If needed, walks can be arranged along with play time in the yard.

About: The house my parents moved into when I was only 4 weeks old was unfortunately a dumping ground for unwanted animals. Before I could even walk I was cuddling with any animal that showed up at our door. This instilled a passion within me that I can finally turn into a profession. From Rescue and fostering to training dogs and showing horses, animals have always been a huge part of my life. I completed the AKC handlers course several years ago. I concentrate on both the dog's body language as well as our surroundings while walking to avoid any unwanted meetings. Being so heavily involved in rescue, I have history and experience in dealing with reactive and/or selective dogs. For this reason I will not only keep my two bigger dogs secured from each other but also your fur baby. I use a crate and rotate as a rule, I also have baby gates that are physically attached to the door frames at almost every door frame in my home. I have a 6 ft chain link fence that is separated into two yards for safety. I also offer pet waste removal services. Feel free to send me a note if you have any questions. After a successful 25year business management career, I am now turning my lifetime passion of animal care into a profession. This year I started up my own business, "G'MA DOES". I offer a range of services from dog walking and pet sitting to animal waste removal. I like to stay active! I wanted to add to the drop in time frame availability. Most days I'm available after 11:30. For ongoing drop-ins I am available from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. for one time or few time drop-ins and earlier time can be arranged but would need to be given a little more advance notice. In my house we call it "FURniture" for a reason. I use the "crate and rotate" regimen as needed and for feeding. I also have baby gates at every doorway. My entire backyard is a 6 ft chain length fence and I have it separated into two secured areas for exercise. Inside, one room is a dedicated cat room for litterboxes toys etc. The other two bedrooms will be dedicated safe spaces used for play, overnight stays, or whatever the situation calls for.

About: I miss having a furry friend. I have taken care of dogs since I was 5 and thoroughly enjoy their company. My goal is to bond with new dogs while giving them the best care. I have experience as a dog walker for different friends and family. I'm also an experienced Wag Walker. I have also taken care of friend's dogs at home. Dogs have been an integral part of my life since I was born. I want to take this opportunity to meet more dogs and help busy owners. She showed up right on time for the 30 minute walk i booked and walked them for a full 31 minutes. Elise was responsive, tracked the walk in Rover and sent me photos of them. Prior to the walk she also came over to meet the dogs and myself so I could show her how to get in and where everything was. She went above and beyond and I will absolutely be booking her again!”
