Needless to say, we were apprehensive about the new experience for Charlie and problems that may arise from the typical corgi behaviors that he has been known to display at home (incessant barking and heavy shedding et al). Susan was kind, organized, and welcoming, providing an appropriate space inside and ample and safe exercise/play areas outside. Her text communications throughout Charlie’s visit were timely and thorough, asking questions when needed and providing comforting updates periodically.
