About: I've been around dogs my entire life and they seem to love me and trust me and now in the past several years cats too! I'm retired fit guy with flexible schedule. I'm in good shape, go to gym regularly and walk 3 to 5 miles daily so walking even biggest dogs won't be daunting Dogs trust me. At my home and yours, there are walks in the neighborhood and nature. About: I have lived with dogs my whole life, both during the puppy stage and senior stage. Both dogs being huskies, I will take them on runs or walks in weather that is comfortable for them. I will often take dogs out on runs or walks if the weather is comfortable to them, and spend time daily having fun and keeping them well fed. About: I grew up here in Northern California with many different loyal pet dogs. After high school I joined the Army and got out of active duty in 2017. Long story short I moved to Alaska with my pet dog from Yuba City where I learned to be a dog musher and she learned to be sled dog. About: I've had pets or animals in my life since I was 7. As a young boy it was my chore to take care of the animals and to make sure they had what they need. About: As of May 2024, I am NAPPS (national Association of Professional Pet Sitters) certified! I have over 15 years of experience handling dog breeds sized from a Pomeranian to a Great Pyrenees. I personally have lived with, raised and trained German Shepherds, American Eskimos and Golden Retrievers. Family, friends and co-workers have utilized me to do anything from regular pet-sitting visiting a couple times a day for basic care and some love, to full-time house sitting. I am very well-versed in caring for seniors, as well as puppies; including managing house-training, and making sure little mouthes find the right things to chew and saving your slippers! I have no trouble caring for multiple animals of multiple species; I personally have dogs, cats and birds, and I've also worked with horses since I was a young child. I am currently available full-time so I can be very flexible for meet and greets with new clients, and standard bookings for overnight pet care services. Drop ins or walks during the week may need to be flexible in terms of scheduling, but I will typically be very accommodating for your scheduling needs so just contact me with any questions! Care will heavily depend on the usual routine for each individual pet/client. I will do my best to adhere to the most normal, expected routine for your animals to make sure they are as unbothered by your absence as possible. This is all done within your home, to help make sure pets don't feel any additional strain by needing to acclimate to a strange place while their family is gone. At minimum, I'm expecting two visits per day when an owner is out of town. Feeding, watering, potty-time walks for any dogs, any other basic care like litter boxes, and some play and love for all of my charges. Care will only go up from there based on client preferences. On a limited basis, I do offer boarding in my home for one client at a time for pups that are friendly with other animals and are up to date on their shots with no behavioral issues. About: I have taken care of many breeds of dogs with many different needs, of all different ages, and with all different energy levels my whole life. I can’t think of anything I love more than taking care of animals! Growing up, I always had a dog by my side which is what I think makes life a bit more enjoyable! I was raised around many different breeds, but as I was getting older I found a very strong interest in Pitbulls and other “aggressive” breeds because I could not disagree more with the negativity surrounding said breeds. This brought my family into adopting a Pit and since then I have truly seen for myself that all dogs are just big babies that want nothing more than to be loved! I will do my absolute best to meet every pups needs and more! I feel that my experience, passion, and knowledge sets me apart from other sitters. I am very educated on the basics and beyond of pet care, health needs, and activities that’ll keep your pet entertained and happy while in my care. I always go above in beyond when and where I can! In your home, I always make sure all needs are met, they’re getting the love and attention they want and need, and they’re happy. If you are needing a pet sitter for an extended period of time I also enjoy cleaning for others so if that is something you’re interested in, I’m also available to do that! Also would like to add that I am very willing to work with aggressive dogs as well, this is NOT behavior that I am unfamiliar with. Since my husband and I just moved to the area, I haven’t started working anywhere full time yet. Therefore, I’m available at most times and can give your pups all the love they need! I’m currently looking into programs for me to start dog training in the area while deciding if I’m ready to go back to college to pursue a different degree relating to animals. I have a pretty open schedule so feel free to reach out for any needs! Since I do not offer services in my home anymore, I treat your space better than I would treat my own. I have always treated a clients home how I hope mine would be treated if I had to leave and allow someone to enter without me present. I understand and respect that I am simply a guest in your home to care for your pet. If you are out of the home for an extended period of time, I try to help out by keeping things tidy. I am perfectly fine with cameras being on and in the home as I actually prefer everything being recorded.

About: I’ve been in love with animals ever since I can remember. I had two family dogs growing up and currently one of them is living with me in CA. I’ve taken care of dogs ever since i was 14 years old. I love taking them on long walks, playing fetch, and taking them to parks! I’m excited to meet new fur friends :) I currently telework from home right now. Therefore, I’m able to fit pet care into my routine easily. I am able to go on long walks or go to the park with them. I have a small crate in my house where a dog might need to stay. I have a little area outside — it’s not fenced, however, the dogos will be able to use the restroom if needed to. I live by a park as well. It’s only a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk!
