About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets as well as my neighbors’ pets for the past 4 years and I absolutely love it. I have loved all animals and nature my whole life, so I’m always open to taking care of it in any way that I can. I’m available on all Saturdays and Sundays, and I am available anytime after 1:30pm Monday-Friday for any check ins and/or walks. I go to school in the morning but after 1:30 I’m completely available for incremental walks and check ins with your pet(s). I will be able to crate your pet, let it out in the yard, take it on walks with a leash, feed it, all of the above. I will of course be 100% safe and aware while in your home.
About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours this summer! I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. Feel free to reach out to set up a time to chat or schedule a meet and greet! As a teacher, my summers are especially flexible for drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. When school starts (August-May), I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends or holidays! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I think what sets me apart from other individuals is my patience and love to pets. I’m a genuine guy with plenty of time in my schedule to take great and attentive care of any beloved animal. I’m free as a bird. I’m always looking to help others. Right now, that includes relieving animal owners of the anxiety of not having a great care taker. I’m down for a walk snow or rain. I’m also brilliant with keeping routine. I get along great with all animals. Building trust with a loved pet can be such a reward. It’s truly soul bonding. While I’m not in the position to currently house my own cat or dog doesn’t mean I’m not passionate about taking care of other furry friends.

About: I grew up in a household full of dogs and cats and a turtle! This lifelong exposure taught me that every pet has a unique personality and specific needs. For the past few years, I’ve specialized in in-home pet sitting, offering both daytime visits and overnight stays to ensure your pets feel secure in their own environment. I am particularly experienced with high-energy and reactive pups. My own 'wild' puppy has taught me patience and various positive reinforcement training techniques, so I’m well-equipped to handle strong pullers or dogs who get a bit nervous on walks. Whether it's a calm senior cat or a zoomie-prone puppy, I know how to keep them engaged and safe. As a college student, my schedule is incredibly flexible. I have the ability to step away for midday walks or check-ins, ensuring your pet is never alone for too long. During the summer months, I am out of school and only work a part-time job one day a week. This means I have nearly 24/7 wide-open availability for housesitting, extended stays, and frequent drop-ins to keep your furry (or shelled) friends company! I understand that your home is your sanctuary. I pride myself on being extremely cleanly and respectful of your space. My goal is to leave your home exactly as I found it (if not a little tidier!). Beyond the house, your pet's safety is my #1 priority. I am hyper-vigilant during walks and always adhere to your specific household rules regarding furniture, feeding, and routine. I treat every 'pet child' with the same love, attention, and protection I give my own, so you can have total peace of mind while you're away.

About: Dogs have always been part of my life, and I truly enjoy caring for them. I currently have two dogs of my own—a 2.5-year-old Goldendoodle and a 15-year-old Shih Tzu—so I’m very familiar with both high-energy dogs and senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I understand how important routine, exercise, and attention are for dogs, and I always take the time to learn each pet’s personality and needs. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company while you’re away, I treat every dog like they’re my own. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away, and I’m happy to send updates and photos so you have peace of mind. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy and make time for in my routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide consistent visits, walks, feeding, and attention so pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I always prioritize safety, routine, and communication when caring for pets. I carefully follow any instructions provided and take the time to make sure pets feel comfortable in their environment. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and happy to send updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: I've raised cats and dogs since I was a kid, and I currently have a two year old golden retriever named Biscuit, who loves all other animals! I'll take the absolute best care of any of your pets. I teach high school, so I'm currently on summer vacation! I'm available at almost all times of day to take care of your pet, in any way you need. I have a fenced in yard, a little doggie pool, and plenty of toys and treats! Plus, my pup takes daily allergy meds, and I'm very comfortable taking care of any medical or training needs. I want to love and take care of your pet like they're my own!
Hamlets Of Woodland Ridge dog parents share their Rover experiences
We are so grateful for Emma’s services this week! She’s been 100% reliable and great about communicating with us this week when we needed a dog walker for our spunky golden doodle. Emma always gave a thorough report of her time with Suki and when we had to change plans at the last minute due to unexpected snow days, she immediately got back to us to make the necessary changes. 5 stars for Emma! We will definitely call on her again.
